I'm allergic to dairy I specifically told them no cheese 3 times it was even on the receipt. And still received cheese on my on my burger. Once we got all the way back to the house I realized it glad I noticed before taking a bite I have a serious allergy. While all the other food was getting cold at home we went back to Wendy's to get them to remake without cheese. No I'm sorry at all. Infact several were even glaring looking put out. As we waited it was uncomfortable. Hard dealing with that kind of unkindness when we had just left the hospital needing to eat after a long day. Since no apology I ask if one of us could have 1 cookie while we wait the quick reply was NO. Then I ask to speak to the manager and a fairly young looking manager came looking very surly and puffed up. I told him what happened he didn't care at all. No apology at all. Strongly said no cookie for crying out loud. Then he had the audacity to say What are you going to force me to give you a cookie! I said no but you aren't paying for my gas to come back here or the cold food while we wait are you. He said No then I said so the least you could do is offer I cookie while you correct your massive mistake that could of caused me a serious allergic reaction. He said No and gave me a I'm better than you look. They finally gave me my recooked burger and still was quite nasty towards us I will never ever go back to Wendy's?!!! I can say no too and I unlike him have good reason not to. And judging by the fact that I have not received a reply of apology still by anyone It looks like they simply don't care about good customer service. Be warned my experience could be yours next.

Fried ate slwus cold and soggy. Togjt from thr window they ste limp cold noodles.Burgers tsste like they've been rewarded. Haf the new chicken tenders they were actually but not hot.
