Usually watered down or not adding the add in. You went to a smoothie shop for a job at making smoothies. Make the smoothie, take your time, that way it's worth the wait. And they always come back and then start tipping even. But they're usually so fixated on their phones, or talking amongst each other one person doing the work they're overwhelmed. Just please. We go to you guys for a smoothie. Not a quick fix. I believe in you guys!

I have one closer with subpar service, so prefer to drive the extra mile here for great service. The staff here is so sweet. The smoothies themselves are not AS sweet as we are used to/prefer, but I'm sure that could be for many factors. They are absolutely good though, and I will continue coming back! The lines so far haven't been outrageous. Sometimes a little bit of a wait, but we're usually buying 2-4 smoothies at a time, so not a big deal. Havent tried any of the food yet, but plan to one day.
