  The ambiance of this establishment is notably subdued, and the drive-thru wait times are consistently extended. Recently, I encountered a 20-minute delay for a single smoothie order. While the quality of the food is appreciated, the prolonged wait times in both the dining area and the drive-thru present a recurring inconvenience. On one occasion, I had to depart without my smoothie due to the excessive wait. Therefore, I cannot recommend this location for those seeking a prompt dining experience.

  Everytime I come here the smoothies are always made terrible and have to be remade or I have to get refunded. Not sure how hard it is to make a smoothie but it’s frustrating when this is the only one nearby and the quality is so bad.

  Mobile order to pickup at 645am and no one there. From what I see they sure waste a lot of peoples time. Update your open hours!

  Last week I placed an order around 8.30-8.40 pm, the place was supposed to be open until 9 pm. However when I went to pick up my order I was told they closed at SIX (6) PM THAT DAY! Yet they were in the store at almost 9 pm? That’s weird and very suspicious, sounded more like they didn’t want to work. I was told that because they were closed, I would get a refund, I never got my refund and my app is now saying my order was completed. I requested to speak with a manager and the answer I got was “our manager quit three weeks ago and we have no manager you can speak to” WOW! I don’t buy that for one second, again, this is just a terrible staff that doesn’t want to work. It also seems like they simply claimed my order and kept it! I had to call the franchise costumer service and place a complain and refund request directly with them, I’m still waiting on that so we’ll see if corporate cares at all or if the lack of interest and service is just something that the entire company suffers of. In conclusion, don’t ever go to this location if you care for your money, if you can avoid all locations even better, and if you really want to go here do your best to make your purchase in person and not the app since they can play you like this any time they want. UPDATE: I got a response from “owner” that says go to the website; I had already gone to the website and placed a complain about the situation before I left the review. I even called corporate and was told they’ll “take care of it” but guess what? THEY DIDNT! Also, if you try calling the store you will be waiting forever and eventually get a message saying “enter your remote access code” which makes no sense! This store and company in general are TRASH! Incredibly irresponsible and with 0 costumer service respect.
