  They are ALWAYS so RUDE and disregarding. I literally just come for the smoothies, very seldom. And throughout the years they have ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS have been rude. They have you stand there with zero acknowledgment and then they turn to the person that got there after me. Short, rude and inattentive. Of course i get the look for claiming my spot. They should say “can i help whose Next” Of course we already know the wait will be LOOOOOOOOOONG.

  As usual, the smoothie was wonderful, but I had my service dog and he needed a little water and they were going to charge me $1.50, which, if I hadn't bought anything, fine. If it was coming in a bottle, fine. But for tap water that I didn't even need a cup for?! This is the only location that is this stingy with water in the desert. I will NOT be returning to this one.

  1/20/2026 This location demonstrates some of the poorest customer service I have encountered, and corporate leadership should be aware of the ongoing issues here—particularly with management. I have avoided this location for years due to consistently poor service. Today, I contacted the store because a coworker believed she had lost her wallet there. When she called earlier, she was treated dismissively and unprofessionally, so I called on her behalf and politely asked to speak with a manager. The woman who answered stated she was the manager. When I responded “great” and asked for her name so I could address her respectfully, she replied, “Why? Who is this?” I explained that I was a customer and simply wanted her name. Her tone was hostile and inappropriate from the start. I clarified that I was not calling to file a complain—only to inquire about a missing personal item. She then abruptly hung up the phone. This behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. Multiple locations within this franchise, including this one and the Boulder Highway location, have developed a reputation for being consistently rude and dismissive, which is why I have chosen not to spend my money here. Corporate leadership should take these patterns seriously, as this type of management conduct directly drives customers away and damages the brand.
