Im annoyed because food is not cheap and I cannot drive to their location. They really need a quality control person to ensure the items are all there as this is a constant issue.

So when I get there the lights on the inside are dim,and looks closed. Their open sign was turned off so I attempted to call the location. Well you see the employee walking back and forth looking at the car seeing me on the phone, yet she refused to answer. So I walked in and said you could at least answer the phone to let customers know you're still open because with the lights dim and off, you look closed. She continued to ignore me and the music was so loud I couldn't even hear her. When I asked her name again she refused to give it to me. She continued to have attitude and when I asked her why she couldn't answer the phone she said I'm cleaning as if I was a problem . You can just tell she hates her life and her job and she must be miserable. Which Tropical Smoothie you need to do better and Step Up On hiring, hire people that have some respect instead of no respect for customers. FYI employees like this make customers not want to come back.
