  Drinks were not labeled And had no ice. Burritos were not labeled And the quesadilla wasn’t cut. Also, drive-through person was slow And didn’t seem like they could pay attention to what was on the screen when it came to the drinks we had to ask multiple times For our drink pack to be completed. Never going back.

  Sandy in the drive-through was great. I ordered a small taco salad and a beefy crunchy burrito. Both were so darn good. I know I’ll be back. Kudos to you guys with a great attitude and great food. Great location, easy to get in there and easy to get out at the corner of a major intersection.

  Holy moly, where do I begin. Long story short, let's just say I had a bad experience through the Taco Bell app... Ended up having to call in to the location, and Alex met my frustration with kindness and won. He truly deescalated the situation. Tried to help even though it was out of his control, and was willing to have my missing items ready for me if I decided I wanted to swing by. Any company would be honored to have Alex working for them. Thank you, Alex, for listening to me and doing your absolute best to find a solution. Okay so that was for Alex. Now, this is for Taco Bell. Stop outsourcing your deliveries to DoorDash! Or start to require photos in the Taco Bell App of the completed order. I have had instances up to 5 times now, where my food gets to my door, and my drinks do not. The delivery drivers are drinking my drinks, and it ain't cool when I'm baked trying to enjoy my night with a large Pepsi and Mountain Dew Baja blast freeze, and I know for a fact these Door Dashers are sitting in their cars enjoying it after a long day of driving. Please, seriously it does not take a rocket scientist to require a photo for a completed delivery. Because the work is outsourced the delivery is not connected to my DoorDash App and I will not be provided a photo nor will Taco Bell or DoorDash corporate. It is completely up to that driver if they want a free drink or not. Fix the process. Wake up TACO BELL WAKE UP! PS: Thank you, Alex

  I ordered 2 of the $5 box dinner plates and they were so bad we couldn't eat them. They also charged me $16.00 for the 2-$5 boxes. I won't be going back and I'm letting all my friends know what they will get . I used to like Taco Bell but NO longer
