    It's says 24 hrs but graveyard shift chooses not to work apparently, locks the door and put "back in 5 minutes" sign up smh

    Simple walked in big new kiosk right there, walked up to the counter was told order at the kiosk and questions ask. Ok the kiosk was simple, but they don't provide heat the meat option only toasted meaning the whole thing. So train your staff better, of they know someone is on ordering they should ask the customer if they want specifics that's what CUSTOMER service is.. not make your order there and then come and make sure your tell me the extra. No, no, no of in there it's your responsibility not mine. So all meat on my sandwich is cold. No care from I think Izak basically said it was my fault and should have known better.. will another yeah without my money again, or my friends. See you're next year..

    Just a suggestion, you should have a "be back in 30 minutes" sign instead of a "be back in 5 minutes" and then proceed to take 35 minutes to re open. Especially as a delivery person, yall lost a sale.

    I must say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. I don’t know who the gentleman was but he couldn’t even follow simple directions I won’t be returning
