- GPGisselie PerezNov 3, 20251.0Night time!!! my boyfriend and I went today, and the guy working wasn’t even paying attention; he had his AirPods in and messed up my sandwich after he had asked me to repeat myself. Once we tried to pay it showed that the money was taken out of our account and we told him, he continued to say to us that’s not his problem and that we can come back tomorrow to get our “money.” Like how does that make sense? We continued to tell him that it was already paid for and he kept saying it’s not showing up and that it’s not his problem. After a while of us standing there he finally handed us our sandwiches telling us to leave, he was just rude about the whole interaction and kept saying “you can come back tomorrow and get your money.”

Today, I was kicked out for simply using my phone, despite being a loyal customer for years and spending a significant amount of money at this location. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this Subway and cannot recommend it to anyone. Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

- RRRahsaanAug 21, 20251.0Whoever works at night doesn’t like his job… I Rang the doorbell for 5 minutes straight no answer. Then had to knock on the window because I knew they weren’t closed. The man then proceeded to come from the back room then told me to wait 5 minutes aggressively. Had I knot waited and knocked on the window he would’ve ignored me. Shameful I would hate to be the owner of this place with employees like that.
