    This is the second time we’ve come to this location and had the same older gentleman working, and both times the experience has been terrible. When we walked in, he was taking forever on one sandwich and the customer in front of us was clearly frustrated — he even offered to bag the food himself. When the employee finally walked toward us, I started to say, “We would like a—” and before I could even finish my sentence he snapped, “I’m not ready yet, you can wait.” Completely unnecessary and very aggressive for no reason. Two women came in asking for the restroom code and he gave it to them rudely, then kept checking to see if both of them went inside like they were doing something wrong. They were just washing their hands. While making my wife’s sandwich he was literally huffing and making annoyed noises the whole time like it was a burden to take our order. The veggie station also looked messy and the vegetables were dry and mixed together. This wasn’t just a bad day — it’s the second time we’ve dealt with this same behavior. Customer service matters. If this is how customers are treated regularly, it’s a bad look for the store and the brand.

    Been going to this location for a while. Never had any issues until recently when they hired an old bald male. Old man can't seem to pick up the pace with making sandwiches, he was getting aggravated on catching up. I don't understand why he would apply for a job like this if he can't keep up. What's weird is that he was the only one working there. This guy took over 20 mins making my two 6 inch sandwiches because he was doing online orders. Also making new bread, then more customers coming in. You can see the guy was annoyed. He doesn't greet and dealing with him doesn't feel welcome. I'm done with this location, sadly it's closer home but I rather go to other sandwich spots that are organized. I also noticed their veggie section is looking unpleasant. Someone should call the food inspection on that location ASAP!

    an older, bald male—was openly rude and dismissive from the start. Before we even ordered, he asked, “Do you have mobile?” in an irritated tone and sighed repeatedly throughout the interaction. Every single question we asked was met with hostility, impatience, and an obvious rush, making us feel like we were an inconvenience for simply ordering food. Beyond the attitude, the food quality was also concerning. When we reached the vegetable station, several items appeared rancid and discolored. The spinach was visibly yellow and slimy, and the employee was scraping off spoiled portions from the top instead of replacing it.

    If you love subway don’t come to this location. They tried to serve us inedible food (bread was hard as a brick) then the worker gives me attitude when I asked to remake it. This isn’t the first time they can’t serve us fresh food. It’s been at least 5 times within the last 2 month. Or they can’t get the order right when ordering through the app. Please just go to a different location. Most of workers here are incompetent and hate their jobs. Would give zero stars if I could.

    Bless this subway. Every time I come in they load my sandwich up with extra extra mayo. That’s literally all I need. 5 stars all around.
