- KKKEKE_THE_OTTEROct 28, 20242.0Ordered a large pizza that was free with my points and added 12 piece chicken wings as the only thing I would pay. My order finally arrives after some miscommunication no thanks to the actual site (delivery driver was great and very accommodating). I get the pizza but instead of wings I get a big thing of fries which were not worth the $30 I SPENT and WAITED. After multiple attempts to contact the establishment and being left on hold for up to 30 minutes I was still unable to get any help or even a call back for a refund or just for my wings to be ACTUALLY delivered, very frustrating.
- COChris OrellanaDec 16, 20223.0Not sure when it became standard for someone paying exactly $51.41 in cash, needing no change, utilizing a $50 bill is told by the cahier that they have to go next door (Houston Hot Chicken) and break it because of store policy but it is here. It's not up to me to do that for you because you're scared of fraudulent bills, any prudent business adapts using the numerous options for verification (pen, scanner, learn the implemented means to combat fake bills such as stripes, the red/blue fibers, etc) rather than needlessly inconveniencing the customer.
