My order finally arrives after some miscommunication no thanks to the actual site (delivery driver was great and very accommodating). I get the pizza but instead of wings I get a big thing of fries which were not worth the $30 I SPENT and WAITED. After multiple attempts to contact the establishment and being left on hold for up to 30 minutes I was still unable to get any help or even a call back for a refund or just for my wings to be ACTUALLY delivered, very frustrating.

Went through the order with the person who answered the phone to CLARIFY.I went picked up the pizza and came back home. I opened up the box and there was pineapple on both halves called and asked for the manager to correct the order and she said I am the manager. Explained my issue she said that's the way you ordered it. I explained the above she said look at your receipt and again said that was the way you ordered it with no apology and was extremely rude about the whole issue. What happened to customer service. I have been going to this location for 5 years and never had an issue with correcting my order before. I told her she was very rude and asked for the number to the corporate office she said you can look it up yourself. The managers name was VASCHEZshe is the worst person that I have ever dealt with. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR use a different location or get pizza from someone else. ON GREEN VALLEY AT SMITHS BY PEBBLE.
