The boneless wings I ordered had hardly any sauce on them at all. They looked gross so I decided not to eat them out of fear of food poisoning given the quality of the food in general. It’s obvious the staff here does not care about the food they serve to people.

They said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to reorder and pay again since I would be refunded automatically in 3 days. I was not spending an additional $80 with them. As of today 8/20 I have still not heard from them and still no refund I have reached out to corporate and hoping to hear from them soon.

Ok I was out anyways so that works. 633pm I start watching the app because it says they’re still working on it. I watch.. I watch.. I watch… 640pm delivery time gets updated to 633-647 656pm the app updates and says: DELIVERED! Enjoy your meal. I’m not much of a complainer but that set me off. I check my home cameras and not a car in SIGHT. I grab my baby and hop in my car at 7pm cuz I’m at the very least going to go pick up my pizzas. 707pm I see a car pull up and BEHOLD it’s the delivery man. So here I have to flip around and get there before he takes off with our food. We finally get inside and the pizza is lukewarm at best. The driver said that they have a deal that crashes the app and Tuesdays it’s best to not order at all. Wonderful. I understand corporations screw their employees all the time, but it’s insane that no one could bother to let customers know they’re running behind or ANYTHING. I’ve been on hold for the longest so I’m assuming they’re avoiding phones on top of everything else. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering although to be honest, I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and not had issues. My advice? Do pick up somewhere else. We sure will be doing so going forward.
