    I ordered 4 personal pizzas on Tuesday. I understand it's a special but for 2 weeks straight they have given it to me in these metal tins that you would use for wings or spaghetti. When I got it home, it had sweated and made the bottom of the crust soggy. It also attaches itself to the side of the tins making it a little annoying to take out due to it being stuck to the side and leaving part of the crust in the pan. It also does not taste the same due to it being cooked in the metal pan and not a regular pizza dish. A little disappointed on this method they have. May have to go somewhere else.

    I stood by the counter for almost 5 minutes yelling hello to the back and still no one came upfront like at this point I'm just irritated

    Neither pizza had almost any cheese and the extra topping i paid for was not on the pizza. We will choose another location going forward.

    Ordered a some pizzas and boneless wings. Said it would be delivered in about 45 minutes. I had to call because my pizza never came. They said they didn’t have the apartment number. Which was a lie. When I asked why they didn’t call they said the number we have associated with the address didn’t answer. So, that let you know that was a lie right there! Since we just ordered a pizza, that was delivered to my apt. Also, they ask you your number when you call. So, I asked can I get a discount by it being a most hour an a half . The man said we’ll see what we can do. When I finally get my pizza it’s cold and the “ maybe discount” was a regular back of the receipt discount! Terrible customer service! Me personally will not be ordering from THIS specific Pizza Hut!
