I had such a pleasant visit at this Panera Bread. I ordered my meal at the counter with a very nice young lady, then found myself a seat to wait. A young gentleman named Lucas brought my food over to me, and he couldn’t have been more polite. He asked if I needed anything else, and when I mentioned I’d like a little butter and salt, he went and got it right away.
He was so kind, cheerful, and well mannered it truly brightened my day. If I worked there, I would have given that young man a raise without a second thought. It’s rare to see such genuine customer service anymore, and it meant a lot to me
I visited this Panera Bread recently and had a very disappointing experience. I spoke with the manager, Lauren, because my order was made incorrectly. Instead of helping, she acted annoyed the moment I approached her. She said “give me one moment” in a rude tone, then walked over to other employees and loudly asked, “Who keeps messing up the orders?”
When she came back, she repeated in the same rude tone that she would remake my food and give me a free cookie. Even though she was the manager, her attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this location
Ran into to get a cup of coffee with my Sip Club on the way to a meeting. Parking was terrible, had to park across the street at another place. Additionally, the Light Roast was out so I got Dark Roast. Coffee was nice and hot and the employees were friendly. They were not that busy inside so I think employees and customers of the newly remodeled T-Mobile were asking up many of the spaces.

If I could give the service 6 stars, I would! The Team here went above and beyond. This is our 2nd visit here in the last month due to family emergencies and last minute visits from LA. It does not disappoint. Also, same amazing food. The kids grilled cheese is huge!
