  WARNING! TERRIBLE customer service!! Very rude cashiers, they take too long and every time I go into the Walmart shopping center and walk by, it's a mess! They just don't clean. Please do not waste your time and money for a bad experience, it;s just not worth it. PS: If i could give them no stars I would!!

  The following is not my only bad experience at this Mcdonalds but dedinitely the most stressful: Came here to get a signature crafted burger. (Keep in mind my order number was somewhere around 250) Got it to go, ate my fries when I got home, go to open the burger box, there's the worst burger I've seen. A quarter pounder with JUST cheese and a patty. I look at my receipt to make sure everything was how I ordered it and to make sure I wasn't the one who messed up somehow. Sure enough, they messed up (big surprise). I look at the box the burger came in and notice it has it's own order number on it. Order 80 something. Yes, 80. Cant imagine how old it is. So I call the store and the manager answered. I told her I got the wrong burger in my order and she asks for my order number. As soon as I gave it to her, she hangs up. I try calling back twice, no answer. So I get in my car and go back to the McDonalds. I get there, an assistant manager is up at the front with one person ahead of me. She takes her order and when she's finished she says "I'll be right back". I watch her walk out of the store and out of Walmart. I waited for another 5 to 10 minutes being the first person in line before somebody else comes up to the front. I tell her I need to speak to a manager, she looks around moving only her head, shrugs her shoulders, and says "I don't know where she is". Not even bothering to look around to see where she is. So I tell her I'll wait. I wait another 5 or so minutes before the girl goes into the back to get her manager who was sitting there the WHOLE time. I ended up getting a refund after telling the manager I was no longer hungry and that I didn't want the burger remade. Even though I got a refund, I'm not at all satisfied, because I wasted MY time and gas and my stress which is worth a lot more than the 8.25 they make. Just do not go here, do NOT let them have your business so they can turn the place into something else instead of having such a terrible McDonald's.
