Make sure you check your bag before leaving the drive thru, otherwise you'll pay extra for sauces or food and they aren't in there. I don't think it's that difficult to verify items in the bag before handing it to the customer. Good luck trying to call because they usually let the phone just ring ring ring, you may have to call multiple times before you actually get an answer.

I ordered on the app as I walked in the door. Waited about 5 mins, they called my name and immediately handed me the bag. I pulled out a strip as I was backing out. It wasn't remotely warm! I took a bite from 2 of them to see there was any difference and tgem trew them out. Absolutely the worst Chicken strips I've ever received! Will not ever stop by this location again!
