  They forget a few things,got all the way home and didn't have what I paid for.

  I ordered food through the drive thru tonight at 6:43 pm. I had my window rolled down while waiting in line and heard the lady in the car in front of me say she was given chicken nuggets, which was not what she ordered and gave the Mcdonalds worker back the bag of food. She received her correct order and drove off. My order consisted of chicken nuggets so I pulled up to the window and asked the Mcdonalds worker if they were giving me the same bag of food the car before me gave back to them and the guy just looked at me and then asked a girl if the bag of food was given to the car ahead of me and she said yes. I told them I was not going to take the food and would like a new order. Someone who acted like a manager said new food would be made. They had me pull to the front and within a minute they brought my food out. I checked the bag and they gave me a medium fry instead of a large fry that I purchased. I told the girl and she brought out a large fry. I didn’t even check the nuggets as I was irritated and just wanted to leave. When I got home I discovered there were only 8 chicken nuggets for my kids instead of 10. I’m not nearly as upset about only receiving 8 chicken nuggets as I am about them trying to give me food that was in someone’s else’s hands. That’s just disgusting! We will not be returning.

  100 perfect not worth the money, just go to a real restaurant for a few dollars more. I would leave no stars if that was an option.

  congrats on downgrading once again no wonder the stats on mcdonalds sales is down, the new renovation shrunk the size of the boring dine in, left one cashier, made 4 self checkout kiosk so you can work at mcdonalds for free, and got rid of the open beverage fountains, if you try getting breakfast here get ready to be irritated along with every other customers around you everytime. ordered 1 coke thats it, took him 3 minutes to do something he did in 10 seconds only after I had to bark at him, remember when mcdonalds use to care, now its just minimum requirement and drive thru focused

  Just had the kindest interaction going through the drive thru. I use their mobile app and it’s always quick and convenient! Thank you all that work there for the awesome service each and every time!
