  Food is always cold:cheese doesn't even melt; cold chicken nuggets, cold bread buns and french fries. The hamburgers don't even look like the drive thru pictures: Big Mac patties are small and get lost in the lettuce (ratio of lettuce to "meat" is ridiculous). They need to address all of the above.

  For how much they get paid. I do all the work. No counter service. But they will stand there and stare at you..

  I'm still upset about the monopoly thing. They didn't honor the the free food I showed with them (coupon) they insist to use the app in order to use and get the code for them to honor it. Until now that the promo is ended. I didn't get anything. Just saying. Sometime, in the future. If I'm hungry. I don't want to eat nor do takeout. I'm sorry, but that's how I feel and I'm sad because no one manages to help me, with the Monopoly thing.

  This restaurant needs help. After being parked for 15 min i had to ask about my order. I think they might have given away my food to the wrong car, because i was asked for my receipt. So i had to wait again. On top of the service being bad, i had paid for large meals. But they were out of large cups so they gave me medium, and when i finally got my food, the large fries were half full. I paid for large meals, and was given medium. Such a horrible experience. Its worth it to drive a little farther to a different location.

  Normally they don't make mistakes on my order ,but last time they got my simple order completely wrong twice ,they also got more mayo on the outside of my bag than on the inside of the burger,word of advice check your food before you leave and don't be in a hurry
