This place sucks! Terrible customer service!! I've given this place chance after chance before deciding to write a review and be done with them. Online said they were open until 5 on NYE. I got my order in and received a text at 4:11 saying my order would be ready for pick up at 4:25. Drove 20 min. to the restaurant to pick up and they tell me they are closed and have no orders. I show the manager/owner my text and asked why I got no text or call my order was cancelled. He just said the system is automated and there is nothing he can do about it. No apology, nothing!! Walk out and see another gentleman in his car that was shaking his head with his hands up, clearly pissed about the same thing. I understand you don't want to be open on NYE, so close earlier. If you want to close at 4, close at 4. But don't post a sign saying you can order until 4:30 and then don't honor that!! They clearly could care less about you or your business!!

I’ve been a loyal weekly customer at Let’s Get Pho for the past year, both solo and bringing guests. At $35-200 per visit, that’s thousands of dollars I’ve happily spent here because the broth is genuinely great. I recommended this place to everyone despite it being the highest priced pho in town. Today I ordered the Pho Chin with extra brisket - something I’ve ordered numerous times without issue. What I received was shocking: a side plate of pure fat, rubbery connective tissue, and sinew. Not brisket. Not meat. Inedible trim that belongs in the trash, not on a customer’s plate. I politely brought this to the attention of two different servers. Both told me “that’s normal.” It’s not. I’ve eaten pho chin countless times here and elsewhere. I know what properly prepared brisket looks like. This wasn’t it. What’s most disappointing isn’t the bad plate of food - mistakes happen. It’s the complete dismissal of a regular customer’s legitimate concern. No offer to replace it, no acknowledgment that something was wrong. Just “that’s normal.” I hope the owners see this. You’ve lost a customer who visited weekly since you opened and brought others along regularly. All it would have taken was someone caring enough to make it right. (Photos attached showing the “brisket” I was served)

They have a large selection of add-ons for the basic pho, but the pricing was honestly off-putting. A regular pho (just noodles and broth) is $12, with an upcharge for literally everything else. I added rare steak—$6 for exactly six slices. The broth was a touch on the sweeter side, but nothing worth complaining about. The two spring rolls were $10 and it didnt taste made to order. I paid the $2 upcharge for “fresh” pho noodles, but they tasted more like hủ tiếu than actual pho noodles. Overall, it didn’t feel fresher or improve the bowl at all, so I’d just stick with the regular noodles and save the money next time. The food itself was decent and the service even better, but I still don’t get the price point. If the cost of living is sky-high in Nevada, fine—I’ll give it 4 stars. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify
