I needed a relaxing evening with my kiddos, one being a cranky teenager. It was raining and I wanted a vibe. The outdoor patio with great food was the solution. My reason for the review is to credit Haden and his service. He brought the experience beyond exceptional. He engaged with my son's and could see mom was having a tough time and immediately changed the mindset of my kid while taking such great care of us. I'm requesting his section every time we visit. Thanks again!

Just as we began eating dinner, the roof began leaking and rain water ran down into my plate, we were given many apologies and $10 off our bill. My meal was $28 which I just began eating and I left my Bloody Mary half full. I would’ve thought that the manager would’ve at least taken my meal off the bill.

Although the food was not bad, it is nothing really special. It is a chain restaurant with a bar so my expectation is that it will be loud (it was) and the food with be generally bland (ditto). Don't get me wrong, if you like this sort of place then it is a cut above other chains like this. There are three other places like this in the area and another opening soon just down the block. But, if your priority is dining, not just food, then you could do a bit better a few blocks away. It is though, a good place to meet with friends or a group, have some food, drink some drinks, be a little loud (nobody will notice much) and have a good time.

This was our first time here. Monday night 5pm. Was seated right away. Was given complimentary chips for mentioning it was our first time. Ordered fish and chips, pot roast sandwich and the cheeseburger. The fries were good and crispy. Fish, which is Pollock, had a light and tasty beer batter that wasn't soggy. The burger was really tasty. Husband ordered it without a bun so it seemed underwhelming for its price. The pot roast sandwich was melt in your mouth. The apple vinegar coleslaw is delicious. They make all their sauces from scratch. Their unsweetened tea is very good. They serve Coke products. For 3 of us it was $65 before tip. Some of our fries were served on the lukewarm side, but I think thats because it was a little chilly in the restaurant. Food was served quickly, but again, cooled off too fast. Didnt eat many fries. Didnt order dessert this time. The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. The have TV for sports and a bar. Happy hour from 3-6 on the patio/at bar only. We forgot to order any "TV dinners" which is why went.

Food was good. Would’ve been better if we didn’t have to wait over half an hour for items from the lunch menu to be brought out. No lunch rush was present in the restaurant while we were there. We alerted the staff and tried to understand the reason for the delay. Waitress and management seemed to couldn’t have cared less. Redirecting the issue elsewhere, no apologies or initiative to make sure the issue doesn’t happen again. Just listening to us talk about issue then ending with a simple “well is there anything else I can get you” and then they were off to the next table. It’s ridiculous honestly. First and last time here that’s for sure.
