  We love lazy dog everytime we go, so its been a long standing staple in our rotation. However tonight was different, JEN WAS AWESOME!! She was so so kind, friendly, and personable. She offered great recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of. She made us feel like the only couple in an otherwise busy restaurant.

  Thank you Jay!! He is an amazing server and was genuinely so kind and caring :)! I have a peanut allergy and he was so incredibly proactive and professional about keeping my food safe!! If you want great service that genuinely cares, eat here and ask for Jay :D !

  We decided to eat early for dinner to take advantage of our comp generously offered by manager Brandon from a prior unfortunate dining experience. Brandon greeted us and promptly seated us. I'm a longtime(40+years) f&b customer service critic at large. Brandon super seeded any service from our prior dining experience. Britney our server was also a professional. Thanks Brandon & Lazy Dog! 😊

  Lazy Dog E Sunset Review Decore follows Town Square location in feel not over done simply elegant 7/10 Promp Service upon entry very good 10/10 Promp Waitress and out going for her customers 10/10 Promp Hussel by whole staff 9/10 Cooks hard time following a simple dishes instructions. (Intial) 2/10 Wait for food by staff little longer then expected 6/10 Food Quality Bacon Candy very good perfect spice and sweetness Ordered Chicken Parm but cook did not know the ingredients and served it not complete. 0/10 So ordered Alfredo with Shrimp Pasta a little bit under cooked. Sauce very thick 6.4/10 Taste of Sauce very good 8/10 just need more of it. Shrimp cooked perfectly 10/10 Size of portion fulling but not over filling 9/10 All and all service of restaurant 7/10 But i wish i got the waitress name she was great went up and beyond she made the experience amazing and management was awsome.she actually got them to make something fhey dont have on the menu any more but the cooks didn't understand its 3 ingredients. SMH

  We went on a crowded weekend, but overall had a great experience. We ordered the bacon candy, Cajun fries, bison burger, fried rice, and some chips. The fries were plentiful and delicious. The bacon candy was fantastic. The chips were different: a little chewy, like a homemade chip with a thicker-cut potato. It was very good, probably the most surprisingly good item that we had. The fried rice was great, and the burger was ok. Given how busy they were, I understand it can get crazy in the kitchen, and I would give the burger another chance. From a service perspective, I felt like we were forgotten on occasion, but when we were addressed, the staff was very friendly.
