I put this as one of my favorite place.
Friendly staff. If you expect a diversified menu, I guess this isnt your place. They focus on their limited sandwiches menu, simple but great.
We ordered a grande size of Big Jimmy, we're satisfied.

Jimmy John’s is a great grab and go sandwich shop, just not at this location. A male employee (not wearing a name tag) stood and talked to the female staff member making my sandwich so loud, barely took a breath and the topic was inappropriate. She couldn’t concentrate, obviously trying not to pay attention to him. I asked him to please stop talking so she could concentrate and I can get my order. His ego wouldn’t allow that and he proceeded to berate me & I would have left if my food wasn’t ready. I found a franchise that has awesome staff and even a drive thru so I can still get the food I enjoy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s recently due to the incredibly rude service from an employee named Dallen. From the moment I approached the counter, he seemed annoyed that I was even there. Every time I asked a simple question about the menu, he would roll his eyes or shake his head, making me feel like a burden rather than a customer.
Customer service like this is completely unacceptable, especially when all I wanted was to place a straightforward order. I hope management takes note—because no matter how good the sandwiches are, I won’t be returning if this is how guests are treated.
The sandwich makers were very kind.
