  I’ll always be loyal to JJ because when I moved to Chicago and was getting on my feet they were driving around giving away free sandwiches. It helped me a lot because I was at work didn’t know anyone and I was starving. Plus of course they have amazing sandwiches. I was so excited when they came to Vegas ! Keep it up guys five stars

  Terrible customer service. After my daughter and I finished eating, she tried to be respectful and clean up after us. The only trash can in the dining area had no bag, and when she threw the trash in, the employee just stared at her and said, “There’s no trash bag there.” When my daughter asked if he wanted her to take it back out, he actually said “yeah” instead of doing his job and putting a bag in. He didn’t lift a finger to fix it, and the cashier watched the whole thing without helping until my daughter finally asked where another trash can was. Absolutely unprofessional, lazy, and embarrassing behavior. My daughter walked away feeling uncomfortable when she was only trying to do the right thing. If this is how they treat paying customers, especially kids, I won’t be coming back.

  Staff didnt even greet me when I walked in. It wasnt busy they had a single customer. I walked out lol
