  We stumbled across this Spanish tapas spot off the strip and couldn’t have been happier. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor — the bacon-wrapped dates were melt-in-your-mouth amazing, the tomato bread had that perfect crunch and freshness, and the steak and jambalaya combo was cooked to perfection and full of depth. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between relaxed and vibrant — ideal for sharing plates, sipping wine, and just enjoying the evening. This place feels like a true local gem — authentic food, great energy, and fantastic service. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

  What an incredible find! This authentic Spanish tapas restaurant off the strip truly delivers on flavor, atmosphere, and service. Every dish we tried was spot on — the bacon-wrapped dates were perfectly caramelized and savory-sweet, the tomato bread was crisp and beautifully toasted, and the steak and jambalaya were packed with bold, rich flavors that tasted straight from Spain with a creative twist. The staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations without being overbearing. The ambiance was cozy yet lively — the kind of place you could linger for hours over wine and good conversation.   Exceptional flavors and quality for the food. The chef has an amazingly refined palate - highly skilled and deft balancing of flavors. His cooking skills are also top tier. We had a dozen dishes and there was no fault with any of them - brussel sprouts were crispy and not bitter, octopus was buttery tender (!), scallops were beautifully silky and melt in your mouth, mushrooms were deliciously seasoned, beet flavor was delicately balanced with honey and vinegar, aioli was incredibly airy... Just incredible. I'm fussy and sensitive eater, have eaten in hundreds of restaurants over thirty years across the planet from street vendors and mom & pop hole in the walls to high end eateries. I would rate the meal I had tonight in the top five, no question about it. Prices reflect quality of ingredients and skill of the chef. Portions are perfect for tapas, and the food is surprisingly filling. Worth the cost, no question.

  The Moment you arrive you feel like home. It is relaxing and everything is fresh. This is a hidden Jem, that is becoming so popular. The music, food and family recipe of the sangria is best in Vegas!!
