  We are posting this video for customers to be aware of what’s going on on this Pollo Loco Restaurant at the Eastern location in Henderson. We have nothing against Pollo Loco. We love the food, in fact we dine in at least once a week in this particular location. Our complaint is about one of the employee named ANA. She is very rude, unrespectful, not pleasant and looks like very unhappy working there. We arrived at this restaurant at 8:25 pm Dec 19,2025 and as soon as we get in she said “be fast we are almost closing”. She was already flipping the tables and chairs and sweeping the floor and dusting the carpets. She purposely sweep the dirt on the floor in our direction while we are eating. We called her attention to stop or sweep in the other direction but she continued. This happens not only today but several times. She looks like very unhappy employee. She should retire or better be fired!!!! This is unacceptable and having like this employee in a restaurant is not good at all. After us there were some customers that came so she stopped what she was doing and went straight behind the counter and start serving food without washing her hands. My husband started recording the video when after asking nicely to stop sweeping the dirt in our direction she just continued and ignored our request. The management should do something about this particular employee because you will lose customers and we are sure we are not the not the only ones. Since you have video recording 24/7 inside the restaurant you can review and see for yourselves how this employee is behaving. Hope you take time to review and do something. Thank you.

  This location never has enough chicken for a family meal. They always have excuse as to why they don’t have enough chicken, either they had a large catering order or they did not receive their shipment.

  This place is a good el polo loco. My only concern is that they have recently been “low on salsa” so they can’t give us enough. I wish there was a way to pay for salsa and it would be nice if they had it in stock. Other than that, great place

  I have over the years thought of El Pollo Loco as a good alternative source for fast food of a better quality than many others. Times have certainly changed for many fast food or fast casual restaurants. The economy has had a dismal effect as now folks believe fast food eating as a career option no longer is it the source of income for students and first time employees. So higher wages are here in the form of minimum wage laws so that an employee can properly care for their families. With that prices have risen sharply. But the restaurant business model has not. The eating room is not clean. The furniture is worn and uncomfortable, not clean. Then there is the first impression, you must deal with a computer screen as a way to order what you want to eat. A food order for two, without selecting the more expensive meal option, is still in excess of thirty dollars and you must bus your own table. Frankly, for the same price or a little more, you can go to a clean coffee shop or restaurant, be served in a relaxing environment. Fast food is experiencing a problem these days. Owners are not responding to the reality. Some of the problems include ignoring the dining room. Employees in many cases don't clean. Instead, they push crumbs and other residue from the table top onto the chair or booth bench. Walls remain soiled from days or weeks before. Windows and door glass look like the idea of cleaning is a forgotten and unimportant skill. Does anyone really look forward to visiting any of the restrooms? I looked forward to visiting El Pollo Loco over the years. Probably not again.
