When cash register #1 rebooted after the customer two people ahead of me ordered (went through to be made) but he still needed to pay, manager made the customer wait approx 5 mins until it finished rebooting instead of resubmiting the order in register #2. Mind you, he didnt get to pay until *after* I finished placing my order. Was clean, my toasted bagel with a shmear came out quick, and the other customer was still waiting when I left. I poured out the Hazelnut coffee (bitter) I bought, drove over to Dutch Bros.
