  The older guy that works the cash register is quite literally the most miserable human being on this planet Me and my husband went in twice this week and each time he is incredibly RUDE. The first time we went in about 10 minutes to 2 which was on us, we were unaware that you closed at 2 which is our fault. I would hate to have someone come in that close to closing too but the service we got out of this man was so unprofessional I almost spoke up. As we were looking at the menu, he had the WORST attitude, as if we were bothering him. He was practically rolling his eyes as we were figuring out what we wanted. No greeting, he just stood there with a annoyed look on his face. We ordered a drink which he made and basically slammed it on the counter and as we walked out and the workers came out to gather the umbrellas, we realized they were closing. Again, our fault but we still didn’t deserve the service we received. We came in a couple days later at about noon and were served by another gentleman and had great service but as we were walking out that ray of sunshine appeared with the same look on his face like he hates his life. I wish I could’ve got his name because he was insufferable. If he hates his job that much, he should go elsewhere because that was ridiculous. Next time we’ll choose a different location

  Waited 15 minutes at front counter to be rudely told they weren't taking orders because they were too short staffed.

  Yummy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich and I like the Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee as well. Great Customer service. Thank you.

  Each Einstein has different bagel selection. Garlic is a basic flavor but according to the manager this location doesn't sell them. When cash register #1 rebooted after the customer two people ahead of me ordered (went through to be made) but he still needed to pay, manager made the customer wait approx 5 mins until it finished rebooting instead of resubmiting the order in register #2. Mind you, he didnt get to pay until *after* I finished placing my order. Was clean, my toasted bagel with a shmear came out quick, and the other customer was still waiting when I left. I poured out the Hazelnut coffee (bitter) I bought, drove over to Dutch Bros.
