However, this establishment managed to overlook items that had already been paid for, specifically our toddler's food item! After making five attempts to call, I found that no one was available to assist me; the phone line disconnects after I select the option to speak with a representative. Furthermore, the phone system does not allow for leaving a voicemail, making it exceedingly difficult to reach them! Not only did this establishment ruin breakfast on my birthday, but our toddler also went without breakfast, forcing us to seek out another place to obtain a cinnamon roll. Please check your orders! This is not the first occurrence!
