If you can’t handle the rush, you should be working else where. It doesn’t make sense to have over 4 employees in an establishment and it still run slow as molasses!

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at Dutch Bros that has stuck out like it does the times I have come here. After Sunday 2/8 I will do everything to just avoid this location all together. Our drinks were made incorrectly and the girl working at the window tried to act as if we didn’t know how the drink we order multiple times a week should look. We asked for extra soft top parfait (this is where the soft top is layered into the drink). 1. There was no extra soft top (which they indeed do charge for) & 2. She tried to tell us the soft top floated to the top but there was no soft top other than at the top of the drink. The interaction this day was even more off putting and the reason I am writing the review because instead of asking if they could fix it she was argumentative. Going forward we will just go to other locations where you know you’re going to get the Dutch Bros experience and it’s going to be pleasant.

I’m not super big into places like this but i’d definitely come back to this location if I could because the service was honestly just great. Gael especially helped me out. The menu overwhelmed me so Gael helped break it down and helped me understand just what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and honestly had such genuine kindness. I would 100% come back when we go traveling again because workers like him helping me out so nicely.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
