  ⭐ Dutch Bros – North Stephanie (Henderson, NV) I’ve been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for almost 10 years, ordering the same drink every single time. Today was the first time I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I ordered my usual, the employee started firing off a bunch of new, unnecessary “customization” questions I’ve never been asked in a decade of going to Dutch Bros. When I said that, instead of listening, the kid argued with me, telling me that everyone should have been asking me those questions for the last ten years — which is laughable considering I’ve probably been ordering this drink longer than he’s been alive. To make it worse, the drink didn’t even taste right. Something clearly changed in how it was made, and nobody took responsibility for it. This wasn’t just a bad coffee — it was bad customer service, bad attitude, and bad execution. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect respect and consistency when I’ve been a loyal customer for a decade. If you’re thinking about going to Dutch Bros in Henderson, avoid the North Stephanie location. This kind of attitude and quality is unacceptable.

  Our best days always start with a Dutch Bros visit. At the N. Stephanie Henderson location, we feel like family. We are known by name (and sometimes by vehicle), greeted with smiles and meaningful conversation. Everyone works hard to ensure guests truly feel welcome and glad to return regularly. The team work and passion for great customer service is reflected in the food and beverages they serve. We truly look forward to and enjoy Dutch Bros on Stephanie often.

  Brook and everyone here are incredibly amazing. I don’t mind waiting in the drive-thru line for coffee, especially with a two-year-old. Brook is exceptionally personable and incredibly friendly. She always takes the time to ask how my daughter is doing. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and sweet! 🤭 Also definitely am considered as a “regular” 🤭 and they have learned my drink and remember me.

  This is by far the yummiest coffee ever!the staff here are beyond amazing!they’re sweet, kind, always cheerful & professional! The line is sometimes long because you’re not only getting a delicious caffeine pick me up you’re getting a soul pick me up! You’re treated like a friend or family here! The positive vibes are real here! It’s encouraging to know that there are real people still around that treat others with kindness!i ❤️my Henderson broistas! ☕️🥤💙

  I’m a full-on Dutch Bros addict (attached 2025 recap for proof) and I’ve been to pretty much every Dutch Bros in Henderson and the surrounding area. That said, I will always go out of my way to visit the Stephanie Street location because the crew there is unmatched. I have never once had an issue with anyone being rude or acting like they don’t want to be at work. The energy is always positive, welcoming, and genuine. On the rare occasion that my drink wasn’t quite right (maybe two or three times ever), they remade it immediately with zero attitude and even gave me a free drink for my next visit. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Sydney, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She always has a smile on her face and sets the tone for the entire stand. I also really want to shout out Brooke and Alyssa, but honestly every single person there is incredible. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do and care about their customers. ⚠️ Yes, the line can get long, but if you’re someone who goes to Dutch Bros regularly, you should already know to plan for that and give yourself the time. The wait is always worth it at this location. Stephanie Street Dutch Bros is hands down my favorite and the reason I keep coming back again and again.
