My drink is always killer, and not to mention the service is above and beyond, which is what blows their competitors out of the water! Specifically, the baristas during the afternoon-time today were absolutely on their game! Lines can definitely get long at this DB, but every car including myself was in and out very fast! Today I tried the new Banana Bread Mocha with a SoftTop (their version of a cold foam) and I 10/10 recommend for the newcomer! Keep up the great work!

Drinks aren't made correctly, I have terrible sugar incontinence and most drinks I've gotten sugar free do not come out sugar free. My final straw was today where my fiancé and I decided to get drinks on our one year anniversary. We put in a mobile order and we expected a short wait time despite the long line. Our app told us drinks were ready but when I get to the window it seems like they're making them as I said I had an online order. We've also had times where they barely talk to us at the window, as far as to where the manager of the shop didn't even acknowledge us. This Dutch Bros used to be my go to as I moved to cadence before the cadence location opened. Seems it's gone really down hill from when it opened to now. I've spent 20-30 bucks every time I come here because I always get drinks for friends and family. I tend to come here to lift my mood but end up leaving dissatisfied with the quality of the drinks and how I'm treated by staff who used to be super friendly.

I am always late to wherever I go because of how much it takes to get by. This is nothing like my experience at the Dutch Bros off Pebble and Eastern or Amigo and Windmill! I love going there! Maximum, it takes me 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. Not even McDonald's takes so much. People can cut you in line, and they'll just tell you, "You have to wait behind them" waited 40 minutes this time. Since September 2025—this place sucks. Wait times and customer service are horrible.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
