- EWErica WadeOct 31, 20251.0The worst location I've ever been to. I was actually shocked, as I've never had a single bad experience with other Dutch Bros. First, I'll echo the other reviews (from weeks ago, so it's a recurring issue) that it took 30 mins to get our drinks at the drive thru, during which time we witnessed at least half a dozen people order and receive their drinks at the window. Car orders continued to be taken, and traffic even more backed up, with no communication of the issues the baristas were having, so people could make informed decisions about whether or not they wanted to be trapped for such a long time. When we finally got to the window, we were informed of several issues: Lack of product, "our system went down," and even "we keep switching positions," in order to explain the drink mix up we experienced on top of everything. One of my friends had to repeat her order (Golden Eagle, two words) four times before the barista understood to hand it out. After we finally received our drinks, we couldn't even call it worth the wait. My pumpkin cold brew was straight up milk, not a hint of pumpkin or coffee. Of course, no one wants to spend even more time or energy trying to have them fixed after all of that. I'm a barista as well, so I wanted to have sympathy, but the lack of communication is what ultimately made this experience frustrating. Tell people there will be a wait, and why! Let people choose what they want to do with their time. The kid taking orders should have been informed of the chaos inside and adjusted accordingly. Taking orders as fast as he could was not the best choice.

I received a straw that wasn’t even the right size for my large drink, and the drink itself was completely under-flavored — such a disappointment and a waste of money. I even left a generous tip in the spirit of Halloween! I usually love Dutch Bros, but lately, it seems like they just can’t keep up with the volume and consistency.

I have followed these two individuals from Stephanie to Fiesta and what a team they make. I realize with the cadence store opening they have to start all over and train new team members but what a place to visit and quench your thirst. Keep up the great work you two.🐶🐾🇺🇸🙏

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
