  I don’t make my way over to this side of town too often but this weekend’s Saturday morning crew might bring me back. It seemed to be fairly busy but all of the employees seemed to be in high spirits and Alyssa was helpful with my order outside! First time trying the hot food too!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience completely ruined my morning. My entire order was wrong, not just one item — everything. • I did not receive the cold brew I ordered • The chai waffle drink was a completely different drink • My tea was missing the popping boba, even though I paid an extra $1 • The “cold brew” had a ton of milk and no whipped cream, which is unacceptable • I’m dairy sensitive, so I had to give my drink away to a coworker I was on a time crunch for work and couldn’t go back inside to fix it. I ordered drinks for coworkers as well, and it’s embarrassing when every single item is wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but an entire order being incorrect shows a serious lack of attention and quality control. I paid for a service that was not provided, and this needs to be looked into. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning after this experience.

  This Dutch Bros location is on a completely different level. From the moment you pull up, the wait is lightning fast and the crew is absolutely incredible, high-energy, genuinely kind, and clearly proud of what they do. The drinks are next-level: creative, delicious, and totally unique. You can tell real care goes into every single cup. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the people. Huge shoutout to Hunter, Elijah, Swim, and Zoe, they were all amazing. The staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make my family feel special. They didn’t just serve us coffee, they honestly made our day. That kind of warmth and personal connection is rare and unforgettable. This spot easily stands above Starbucks and any other coffee place out there, no comparison at all. Because of the incredible service, unbeatable vibes, and top-tier drinks, I’m officially a regular customer for life. Keep doing what you’re doing 🔥☕️
