  It’s sad to leave this review because I’ve been coming here for years. As others have said the manager is rude, doesn’t hold herself accountable and then had the nerve to blame me for HER mistakes by telling me she had to pay for multiple of my orders she messed up. ZERO Apology. One time she said she couldn’t refund me, and that she would give me a free coffee the following day. 🤦‍♂️ Honestly, the 7-11 down the street has tastier coffee that’s cheaper. As of recently the coffee tastes like water. The last few times I ordered 1 cream, then just black and the water to grounds mixture is way off. Zero coffee taste. It’s like ordering a water with cream and sugar 💀 PS the pink haired girl is your best employee. Good vibes 😍

  If I could leave a zero for service I would. The female manager here is so incredibly rude. She CANNOT be wrong. Right around Christmas we came the drivethru and they messed up our order and gave us the wrong food which was clearly stated on the receipt. She was not happy and when my husband went in to get the missing food he let her know that an item was missing and she handed him the food and said “nope it’s in the bag” and ran back behind the counter. They were NOT in the bag but we didn’t have time to argue. Fast forward to today when my son ran inside just to get a fork. She handed my young son the fork and said “just to tell you there is a fork at the very bottom of the bag” well ma’am unless there is a false bottom or a magic portal to a different bottom of the bag no there isn’t. Again she cannot be wrong. She is rude and she does not care.

  I’ve tried over and over to give this place a try. It’s close to home and I like the chai when it’s made correctly. On 3 separate occasions they got our order wrong. In addition, they shorted me on coffee and didn’t make our drinks correctly. The last time we ordered my iced coffee was non consumable. It’s a shame. Why be in this line of work if you don’t care about how you serve your customers?

  I have to say these reviews are little crazy especially calling out the best manager I have ever seen. Jessy and her employees always look like they are having fun and enjoying their jobs. Great job Dunkin on hiring Jessy, she always makes my drinks and food right. Please don’t let these negative people discouraged you from coming to this Dunkin. People are just so rude now a days. But I am telling you go she Jessy and her new crew it’s a 1,000 times better then what it was. This Dunkin is the best in Vegas hands down
