    Extremely disappointing experience at Dunkin’ at this location. February 20, 2026, at approximately 5:46 a.m. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unacceptable. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy from the staff. I placed my order at the self-checkout for three dozen donuts and one medium Iced Matcha Latte with less ice. Despite being inside the store, I waited more than 10 minutes while drive-thru customers were clearly prioritized and served quickly. I am a paying customer as well, and it was obvious that in-store customers were not being treated with the same importance. When I finally received my drink, it was nearly half-filled with excessive ice, despite my specific request for less ice. I politely asked a staff member to remake it, and instead of preparing a new drink, she simply poured it into another cup. That was unacceptable. I then asked another employee to properly remake it, and her response was, “Even if I remake your drink, it’s not going to be filled all the way up because you asked for easy ice.” This response was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. That is not how customers should be spoken to. Additionally, I requested a bag to carry the three large donut boxes. Not one employee offered assistance, even though it was clear I was struggling to fit the boxes into the bag. Basic customer service would include offering help in a situation like that. The situation became even worse when I asked for a reprint of my receipt. The employee (who refused to provide her name) rolled her eyes at me and demanded an order number in order to reprint it. I had to walk back to my car to retrieve the printed sticker receipt that was attached to one of the donut boxes just so she could process the request. When I asked again for her name, she refused and said, “I’m not giving you my name.” That level of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service environment. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and complete disregard for customer care. This experience was beyond frustrating. It reflects very poorly on this location, and based on this treatment, I will not return to this store and will not recommend it to anyone.

    Was so excited for the new February donuts, rushed over after work to try. Got there at 5:30 when they close at 6, sign said open but the door was locked and the employee ignored us. Very frustrating!

    Terrible location. Pulled up this morning at 6am only people there no line and no one inside. Allegedly “Lisa” the manager took our order according to the girl that can’t even remember her name or anything… And was EXTRA RUDE & RUSHING US - while we’re looking at the menu. Why is it wrong to look at your menu then order, if you expect us to know already— don’t put a drive through menu out? Definitely reminded why we don’t don’t come here, poor customer service. Terrible way to start the morning trying to get break fast and I remember why I will never support this organization.

    Why are you even Open? I had the worst service- rushed at the drive-thru then when I received my food.... my hash browns were Hard as Hell, couldn't chew. I don't even know what the hell they gave me that was supposed to have been a ham and cheese croissant . It was a smashed up... I don't know what it was and then I received a bagel... Was also..Hard as Hell. Breaking teeth status. I have pictures ,wish I could post them. For it being on the better side of Las Vegas ,It was the worst service I ever had in Las Vegas far as food goes. Do yourself a favor ..Don't even go through the drive-thru.. don't even go to the door.. don't even go to this place on Gibson Rd. The worst!!!
