After an unpleasant experience over a week ago, I reached out to customer support. The manager, Lisa, followed up personally, and her response was everything I value in service—professional, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. Her leadership and care reminded me why we’ve stayed loyal all these years. I’m writing this to express my appreciation—not just for the many great visits we’ve had, but also for the way Lisa and her team handled my concerns with grace and professionalism. Thank you for valuing your customers and showing that great service still matters. I still love Dunkin’ and will continue coming to this location because I know the heart of the team is strong.
