  I went through the drive through & ordered a large hot black coffee. I was handed the coffee, by a blonde female, & the lid was not on properly & hot coffee spilled on my hand, my leg, the interior & exterior of my vehicle. As I was waiting, in pain, for napkins to clean up the mess, a redhead in the background was laughing about the incident. Talked to the manager who was no help either.

  If you want the cold shoulder, zero service, and mid donuts look no further, this is the place for you! Laughably bad service inside the shop. No one ever acknowledged us or told us we had to use the screen to order. I had to ask the workers to get our two donuts after minutes of waiting, otherwise, I fear we would still be there waiting.

  This is my home Dunkin! I order from here in the mornings before work, often! In the morning, exceptional service! Today, after work, I thought, I want some Dunkin hashbrowns. I go to this location, I sit at the speaker for 5 mins, silence. I drive up, I see no one. After 10 mins, a Caucasian BLONDE, looks at me, take a bite of a donut, says something to her coworker about me, looks at me again and starts LAUGHING!! I look at the window, says closed at 6pm. It was 6pm. So instead of saying "ma'am, we're closed!" They decided to look at me and laugh until I drove away. CAUCASIAN BLONDE GIRL that worked on Thursday, January 15th, closing!! Terrible!!

  Ordered chocolate glazed donut and Boston cream donut through the drive through. When I got home the glazed donut looked like someone took a bite out of it and the Boston cream was face down on the bottom of bag. Tried to call store but no one answered phone. Drove back and both female employees had attitudes. What's the problem they asked I showed them what looked like a bite out of the donut and their reply well that's how sometimes they come when they are shipped. Really! Would you eat it? I asked for a refund for both. Of course they had to call to found out how to refund even though they asked don't you want another? Are you kidding me? They refunded me my money and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! The employees don't take pride in their job! If they did they wouldn't have given me a what looked like bitten donut!
