They must be short on staff because there was only a couple of waiters and it took a long time to get our order. We had to ask the waitress twice for our drinks and I had to go ask someone for silverware. I'm not sure what the deal was this visit. It's pretty loud inside with the music blaring over the games so you kinda have to yell to hear what people are saying.

It was 2 adults and 7 kids. We brought our own cake and ice cream. We couldn't put ice cream in their freezer. She gave us a large plastic tub with ice to keep the ice cream from completely melting. It was a great time had by all! It is a little expensive, but the best deal is to purchase unlimited card for 90 minutes and get a meal with it (specific menu items) all for $59.99.

Attentive, courteous and professional. Food was good. Kids loved the Mac and cheese, and the cheese stick stack. The banana pie was pretty good too. My only complaint is that I think the portion sizes shrunk a little bit since the last time I was here. Overall great experience.

We booked a rsvn for 6 one month before the Super Bowl. They seated us in a non ideal location and we asked to move to an empty table and we were told all tables were preassigned. As we saw the tables fill up we surveyed everyone who sat down and were all walk ins . We dealt with Juan Garcia and Angelo Frias (both who are managers) and they should be fired because they don’t know how to provide customer service.
