  I am extremely concerned about the safety at this Dairy Queen location in Las Vegas. My 7 year old daughter was washing her hands in the restroom when the water came out so hot it burned her hand, causing her to scream in pain you heard her all the way to the lobby. I immediately reported it to the staff and said they have told their manager before and that he doesn’t care to do much about it. I then asked for the manager number his name is Moon but he was completely dismissive. He basically said, “What do you want me to do about it?” And said she can change the temperature if she wanted too and suggested I report it to the health department. He did not care at all. This is unacceptable. My child was hurt in a public place, and the staff didn’t even check the water temperature or take it seriously. This raises a serious safety issue, especially for children. I hope Dairy Queen corporate investigates this and ensures the water is at a safe temperature to prevent anyone else from getting hurt.

  My employees like cold treats after a blazing hot day. We stop in regularly as it reminds me of when I was a kid in Indiana. It was a small town but we had a DQ. Dilly bars and blizzards forever :)

  It was very dirty when we walked in there and they had nothing that we wanted. They were out of everything and the staff wasn't very pleasant
