He knows the menu, his upsale is straightforward but polite, and his customer service was amazing. The burger was hot, fries were straight out the fries. And, of course, Mikey tipped my delicious blizzard. The lobby was really clean. And although I didn't use it, a kid area with TV is available, too.

Yelling at everyone and slamming the window in the drive thru closed while I’m still talking to her! I am 1 person and went through the drive thru for my family of 5 and they refused to give me a cup holder for my ice creams because “we aren’t allowed to give cup holders for ice cream” how am I supposed to hold all of this and drive home?!

They're soft serve ice cream is completely flavorless. The atmosphere is lackluster and you always feel like you're bothering the employees by coming in and placing an order. Will not come here again. Fool me once shame, on you. Fool me 10 times, shame on me. Not again.

Literally chasing each other around flirting while they had the one dude actually working. The shakes and sundays had stuff all over the outside of the cups. It got red syrup all over my brand new $100 jacket. Now I get to take it to the dry cleaners. Perfect thanks. I’ll never come back.
