I brought my sons here to get some dipped ice cream cones after school. The service was good, The ice cream was good and the overall atmosphere of the store was good. We will come back to get ice cream again.

Had a horrible experience with the driver thru worker just now. He was very rude, took our order wrong, tried to charge us $34 for 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken strip basket. Just passive aggressive the whole time. Every negative stereotype about ordering at a fast food drive thru combined into one experience.

Went through the drive thru around 7 PM and waited about 30 mins. Understandable if the place was short-staffed. Although once I got to the speaker to order, you could barely hear them. This is an issue especially for me because I am hard of hearing and the drive thru was the most convenient for me and I’ve never had issues with speakers being this quiet before. We got to the window finally and we were greeted by a very rude younger lady with glasses and a tattoo on her arm. She asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes, and then she handed me my card back and said “No receipt?” but she had an attitude this entire interaction. Maybe do better and hire people who actually want to do their job, or she needs a coaching.
