    Horrible, horrible customer service, and the portion sizes keep getting smaller every time I go. Not to mention, the facility is dirty and clearly not being cleaned properly — it doesn’t seem up to public health standards at all.

    This chipotle is one of the worst ones i've ever been to, but no matter who's working here, the terrible customer service is always the same.But the upside is I go here because it's never busy, when I have to do business on this side of town.So I still come here because i'm happy to get in and out quickly...the other good chipotle are always busy and that can be frustrating, but probably because their food is fresh and the customer service is good. I would have rated the atmosphere higher because it's one of the nicer locations as far as the setup for dining and the view.However, the poor customer service takes away from that score.
