I went to the Chipotle on Eastern and Serene and took one or two bites of my burrito before realizing there was hair inside it. I immediately spit the bite out, opened the burrito, and saw the hair running through it. It completely ruined my appetite, and I threw the food away. This is a serious sanitation issue. Finding hair in food is unacceptable, especially from a place that’s supposed to follow strict hygiene standards. Employees need to properly secure their hair and be more careful when preparing food. I didn’t even call the store I’m just bringing awareness to this location because this should not be happening. Very disappointing experience, and I’m extremely upset

Multiple different people have helped us and it's consistent every time. Everyone is always very friendly. I think the last time we went the cashiers name was Jessica. I would have gladly waited or stepped off to the side before taking my order, but the woman hosting the register was rushing each dish onto the plate before hearing out my order. She said she was confused, well I was confused why are you rushing an order if I had just stepped up? Anyways, ended up paying $20 for two bowls of rice, chicken and lettuce.
