She ordered a bowl chicken which is normally anywhere from $9-$14 (no drinks ir sides)dollars max. We go to chipotle very often so I’m very familiar with the prices. However this older women at this location took my daughters order while I waited in the car. I gave my daughter a $20 which should be more than enough for her order and she came back out telling me she was $3 short. I found it odd but gave her the money either way in case she had ordered something else. When she comes out I look at her receipt and her items and she only had 1 chicken bowl. This lady was overcharging my daughter and when I went back inside she told me word for word “yes I figured there was a mistake “ I was upset but more concerned for all the other kids that go to this chipotle and are too shy to speak up. I felt she was just taking advantage of her because she clearly knew what she was doing and as soon as I walked in the door with my daughter her whole mood changed. Just be careful and look at your receipts. I would not be returning to this location again. Customer service was not helpful.

I wish they wore name tags so I could praise the one particular gal. She's been in there the most when we go at about 1130am. Very sweet and bubbly. Doesn't act annoyed at all when you are being particular with your order.
