Like many places this location has lost a sense of customer service as well. Not coming back after 11 years of being a customer.

Maybe they are understaffed, but we came when the restaurant wasn't that busy. Josh is great though. I'd give Josh a 5 Star Rating! Food was great! I ordered original wings, Caribbean jerk and mango jalapeño with onion rings and motz... food is always good with a nice cold beer. Did I mention Josh was great?! Josh was amazing!

I will tell you this, how Kourtnie does what she does is unbelievable, she had a huge party on one side of this bar and all the people at the bar eating, drinking and gambling! And she had multiple tables. She was running the whole time we were there! She didn’t let that affect her service thought! She was hurt also! But that didn’t stop her from doing what she had to do! We did see her getting help with the party and all she kept saying was thank you thank you! I believe the manager was Angela. I could be wrong though! Amazing job! Also we asked who decorated for Halloween and guess who? Kourtnie took it upon herself to go shopping annd get everything and decorate the store on her own!!! Looks amazing!!! Makes you smile when you enter!!! Also two minute drills!!! Kourtnie did amazing stopping anything she was doing to make the announcement and get everyone excited about 2$ beers and 4$ appetizers!!! GREAT JOB KOURTNIE ABD BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!! I will come back to see kourtnie every chance I get!!!!!
