So........this is my fault. I have given this chain so many chances and everytime I am reminded why it is the worst. Arrived at 11:40 PM. Stood at the front podium for over 10 minutes having workers walk right by without a single word or expression. Im talking 8 guests max in the place and they still acted as if the place was at max capacity. PLEASE, I am begging everyone who reads this, forget buffalo wild wings and go with wing stop if you are craving wings. Never again

Took 45 minutes just to pick up my food — absolutely terrible service.
I stood at the front waiting for about 30 minutes while staff kept calling out pickup names, yet no one ever asked the people standing there who they were picking up for. The front area was often empty and no one acknowledged us or checked orders.
After getting frustrated, I finally asked the hostess to check my order and told her I had already been waiting around 20 minutes. She looked and found my order sitting in the pickup cabinet the whole time.
By then, my food — including the fries — was cold and rubbery.
Very disappointing experience. The staff seemed disorganized and unaware of what was going on. The pickup process clearly isn’t being managed properly.

Ordered to go near 2 hour ready time. Went to get food. Early. Food sitting. Rubber, cold fries- no one of 6 people ate them. Wings cold, dry, just had dry rub thrown on 2 of 10 wings per box. Horrible food and time. Not busy in restaurant only take out busy. Never but takeout here- rip off!

Showed up 10 minutes after my to go order was supposed to be ready and they said please give us five minutes because we’re getting your drinks ready. Been five minutes and I’m still waiting just don’t plan on your food being ready When they say it supposed to be.
They were pretty slow, most people just sitting around.

I came with my grandson to treat him to BWW and when I got there we had got seated quickly, I was. Shocked how quickly we were seated and I was very pleased, and our waiter Antonio severed my grandson and i and we ordered 20 wings and my grandson ordered a sherry temple, and I ordered a Modelo, the wait for the food was around 15-20 minutes and my grandson and I were eating and I asked Antonio,Our Waiter for teriyaki sauce and he was not busy and said “let me take this woman’s order real quick” and I was fine with that I had saw another waiter and asked Antonio if he could tell the waitress to come over to the table because Antonio was right next to him but he ignored me. After taking the woman’s order he left and didn’t come back to my table, I had to call him over to my table as I saw him walking past me, it had been a while after I asked and my grandson and I were almost done eating and I asked him “excuse me , where is the teriyaki sauce , we are almost done eating” and Antonio said “Ma”am calm down, don’t you see it’s just me here, I’m getting you’re teriyaki sauce!” I said “Don’t tell me to calm down” and he said “I’m telling you to calm down, you need to calm down” and I said “Can I speak to you’re manager” and he said “OKAY, ILL GO GET HIM” and he walked away to get the manager. The manager came to my table, very nice young man, he told me that, “that was no way to talk to you, I’m sorry ma”am” he was very nice to me, The mangers name was Tony and Tony said “I will be taking to him because that’s no way to treat a loyal customer, nor anyone” after coming to this location for 25+ years this was the worst experience I’ve ever had lucky Tony was there to fix the problem. Antonio is a problem 😤
