  This review is long over due so hopefully Michael is still there. My husband & I frequent this location since moving to the area in April 2025 & it’s always so busy! Unfortunately because of this, the service can be a bit slow. However, Michael at the bar is always on top of it! Our food has never come out cold & our order is always correct. Don’t come here too hungry as you’ll have to wait & build your appetite. But it’s always worth it.

  Terrible customer service. No one greets you when you walk in. No one acknowledges the customers who are waiting to get seated. The server told us he had to clock out but we weren’t ready to leave. He closed our tab and said the new waiter would come but we didn’t get waited on for at least an hour. We wanted dessert and more drinks so we left our table and went to the bar. And once again no customer service skills. No welcome. Nothing. This used to be the place to watch sports but we won’t be returning.

  Dry, over cooked, terrible, terrible, terrible. The chicken was so disgusting and the fries were not edible. I do not ever recommend this place ever ever ever! Bad bad bad!!!!! Plus my bill was $150.00....... for absolutely trash!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE walked in and the girl wearing pajamas was supposed to be a hostess, walked us to a table and threw the menus down and walked away. Never said a word to us, we sat down for over 10 mins with not one person coming greeting us so we walked right out I will NEVER bring my family to something so horribly disgusting again. How does this company expect to make money? ZERO ZERO ZERO

  Sat down at the bar for a quick bite. Put $40 in the machine and ordered some food. Got an Arnold Palmer and literally tasted like mildew. There were black specs in the bottom of the cup. Told the bartender about it, looked at it, not concerned about how it tasted like crap and said the specs are from how they make the tea and said “sorry buddy”. I don’t even drink booze and get AP’s all the time and never had one like that. I left what what’s left of my $40 in the machine (like $10) for the bartender because I didn’t want to be rude, and walked out. Not going back or bringing anyone with me ever again, too grossed out, no care.
