  Someone should call Baskin Robbins corporate and have them shut this one down. We've been going there for over 15 years. It used to be great. For many months now half the freezers are not working. We went there to get a banana split. The chocolate scoop was the consistency of a shake, mostly melted. It pretty much turned into a puddle. Then no napkins to deal with the mess. And the bathroom was out of order so we washed our hands from a bottle of water from our car in the parking lot. The young lady working there was so nice, but she was the only one there. Just a terrible experience. If the owners don't know how to run a business they should sell it to someone who does.

  So, my husband and I went to enjoy an ice cream. Most of the freezers that display the ice cream were out of order and have been since I was there in the middle of the summer. They were out of sugar cones and out of napkins! I think we’ll just drive a little bit farther and go to Ben and Jerry’s. If they don’t care enough to fix their freezers and stock the shelves, then I don’t care to go back again.

  If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I ordered a cake for my son‘s 10th birthday, and when we cut into it, it was the wrong cake. When I went back to the store, they told me there was nothing they could do because I didn’t come back the same day I picked up the cake. We didn’t cut the cake until 930 at night at a birthday party with our entire family, so leaving to go to the store was not an option nor necessary. Andre were rude, belligerent, and wouldn’t do anything to help except offer a 15% discount on the next order. I had pictures to prove that the cake was wrong and the associate admitted he made a mistake and made the cake wrong. But they would still offered no remedy because I did not come in same day except for 15% off the next purchase. Do not go to this store.

  Employees were phenomenal!!! Young man and young lady. Too bad the owners don’t stock the place with what these kids need to do their jobs. Always out of stuff leaving the employees to deal with it. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Ordering a chocolate shake w/vanilla ice cream, large size. Total came to $11 plus change. They charge for the chocolate syrup. Order was nothing fancy, no special request. Charge for chocolate syrup. Really????? Not going there anymore. Travel half mile to Jack In Box and get chocolate shake for $5 plus tax. Next BR going to charge for the a/c used in the store. Come on people!!!🥵😡 Revisited on Sunday October 26 2025 @ 230pm. Ordered chocolate malt with vanilla ice cream. Young man, acne on face, said "we have NO CHOCOLATE OR NO VANILLA ICE CTEAM. IT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL". So let me understand. Baskin 31 flavors DO NOT have basic vanilla or chocolate ice cream. So its BASKIN 29 Flavors??? That's it. 86 this store moving forward. Went further down Eastern to Jack In Box for large $6 chocolate shake.
