  Finally got a chance to visit their much hyped brunch…meh. The highlight was the service, nothing short of outstanding. Everyone very nice and attentive, I’d say a solid 5 stars for the service. But the food, extremely underwhelming. Let’s take away that this $100/pp, assuming you’re not worried about value, the food quality as a whole was below average. If you’re going for pure crab legs and can eat your weight worth in cold crab legs and lobster then maybe it could be worth it. With respect to everything else there wasn’t much variety. Everything was just loaded with salt and/or butter which is fine when it’s used to enhance taste rather than mask deficiencies. The dessert wasn’t memorable but the fruit was good. But are you really paying $100 for decent fruit? It’s the first time I’ve left a buffet still hungry.

  Best buffet in Las Vegas!! Awesome selections to choose from, including prime rib, beef wellington, lobster tail, crab legs, lamb chops, shrimp, plethora of desserts, charcuterie board, etc., etc.. Very flavorful, delicious! Service was excellent!

  Let me start with this. This was the 4th time I went to this stake house at the m casino all the other time was ok but needed some improvement. This time starting from the host who sate you at a table by the way you have to have a reservation what I made for a booth and it was approved on the website but when I got there and I was the 3rd person inside with no ones else at any of the tables because they just open I was told other people requested servers to serve them and they comes first not you and I was seated in the back where the busser and waiters drop the dishes at and talk to each other. Next I get an ok waiter and a rude Hispanic busser for my table side. I put my order in and my guest did too and for a stake house you expect a++++++++ service for there price. After seeing other people being served and been waiting an hour for a stake what should only take 20 min max I received it not even hot it was barely warm and the mashed potatoes was cold. At this point I was fed up with the whole service and complained to the A.G.M who was like what do you expect me to do. She then said if you want to make a complaint you can email the G.M because he to busy right now sending emails. After a couple minutes he comes out and I explain everything to him. He then like you know what I’m going to do comp everything for you because I told him I didn’t want to eat anything because I’m sick to my stomach due to the crappy service. I told them to just pack it up. They did exactly that toss everything in to a box all together sloppy and then put a check on the table of $160 and expecting me to pay for a service and food what wasn’t up to standers. And this is after the G.M. Said he was going to comp it. I then was walking out and told the G.M. That I thought you was going to comp the dinner he then look at me and said nooooo like he have amnesia. I then handed the food to him and told him to keep the food for himself and eat it and walked out. I had never been treated like that at any restaurant and after this I will tell all of my friends and clients and high rollers who I play with at the casino to never go to this restaurant.

  I have to say, I was really disappointed with this place. The food was bland and just not fresh, and the service was slow and inattentive. Given the price we paid, it just wasn’t worth it at all. I really can’t recommend it.

  The hostess is absolutely on it. My server was underwhelming. Our busser Nate was absolutely crushing it (I really should have only tipped him) Make him a server already. The reviews seem to be hinting at a decline and after eating there again (I eat here once every 3 months)I can definitely see the decline in the food. Didn’t love the change to their Caesar salad, you definitely get less as well. The prime rib which I ordered medium rare like I do everywhere was definitely on the rarer side. The second he set it down on the table he asked if I wanted it brought up,(which shouldn’t happen, send it out right the first time) which on a prime rib just never really works that well. And I remember an à la cart side of mashed potatoes could serve a whole table and now it comes in a cookie dish for two. Something here has changed on a management level and it’s not good… Been coming here for years and had left a five star review but since had to change it.
