The best steak I've ever had. It melted in my tongue. All the side dishes were magnificent. The service was outstanding.

If you try the brunch for the lobster you’ll be disappointed. From tasteless to severely overcooked the “meat” was disappointing. Beef Wellington was good but you’ll need to revisit that serving table over and over due the portion size. The other food options were just average. Worth $100? Maybe. Worth the wait? No.

*Filter on new reviews, they have started to decline* We had much higher expectations of this place given the reviews and awards. Sadly, we left disappointed by the price paid for very mediocre food. We tried several items and the meal didn't come close to the food/steak we recently had at Hanks at GVR. The meat was ok. I know you let meat "rest", but one was basically cold and unenjoyable. Shrimp was ok, French Onion soup was good, and sides ok to good. The chocolate souffle looked beautiful and impressive, but was not cooked properly and had a crusty rim. The bread basket was good, and we enjoyed the flatbread. Service was good, no complaints there. We were unimpressed by what came out of the kitchen though. Overall, a high price tag for very basic food. Would not return. There are several other (better) steak places in Vegas! Save your money and skip this one.

Well they tried. I had the Creekstone Rib eye cooked at medium rare. It had no flavor. The waiter tried to act surprised when i told him it was over slathered with butter. He then claimed its duck butter that they use and brought sea salt to cut the butter. He also stated it was cooked using briquettes charcoal. Well there still was no flavor. I sat near the window of the cooking station and watched them cook it. My wife oredered the prime rib and that was actually good. She was kind enough to trade me meals and just slathered the 105 dollar steak in A-1 sauce to make it edible. Get a steak from Safeway, drown it in butter and you have the same results. We also ordered the Merus crab, portions were big, easy to get to the meat inside, but again not jaw dropping flavor to justify the price. The asparagus was cooked good no issues there. Calamari, it was just ok, kinda rubbery but good sized. The sauce they served with it was terrible. They shoulda stuck with cocktail sauce. Service, well again they tried. Besides trying to justify the lack of taste for the steak, i would say it was intrusive to snatch plates that we were still eating from (bread) instead of waiting until we finished. The atmosphere was decent, not too bright, easy to hold a conversation. I, personally, 100 percent would NOT eat here again.

My husband and I went to Anthony’s to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We were excited to visit Anthony’s as we just moved to Carmel and wanted to find our new favorite restaurant to attend. Bartender was good, served our drinks well and explained some of their menu options. The waitress did a very poor job was not very accommodating and could tell that she was very judgmental of where she was placing people based on the outfit that they had on. I ordered the most expensive meat on the menu, and my husband ordered the Wagyu Filet. Our food took a long time to arrive, my meat $155 dollars arrived very cold …. that I didn’t even eat, asked my husband to eat so that I could enjoy his (that arrived late to our table but at least it was warm). Waitress did not come to our table once for us to even say that our meat was cold. So no we didn’t say anything to her directly but when servers placed my husband food on the table we did say my meat was cold but they did not react or offered to make it right. Overall disappointed with my experience specially when you order the meat that should have been their best was short of that.
