I like this Albertsons Grocery Store, it has most items and isn't too big and overwhelming. I think it carries one of the best flowers and plants for gifting. If I have a party to attend I almost always go to this Albertsons or the Albertsons on W Horizon Ridge. The flowers are a good price and always fresh, good selection and they last a very long time! Cashiers are very friendly and helpful and it's never too crowded. Lines go fast and I enjoy the peace and quiet and small size of the store. Mind you, it isn't small, small just a good size and has great Amylu Chicken sausages. 😊

It's a good store. It could be a little cleaner. It'll be nice if the employees stop gossiping so much. Other than that I like the fruits and vegetables they're fresh

Dear Lynette GM/Store Manager What has happened to this Albertsons? This store used to be a model of professionalism under the leadership of Janelle, Allen the head butcher, Joe, Tammy, and especially the exceptional GM, Jennifer. My visit on Wednesday, August 13, around 12 PM, was deeply disappointing. I started at the butcher department, looking for the advertised $3.99/lb 80/20 ground beef. The butcher was polite but informed me there was zero stock on the shelf--on a Wednesday! He said more was being prepared but offered no timeframe, and I was in a hurry. Strike one. Next, I headed to the produce section, which was frankly embarrassing for the couple items I needed. The iceberg lettuce and cabbage looked pathetic. I asked Debbie (she's always gracious) from the meat department to find someone from produce. An employee walked by, and when I asked if she was a manager, she confirmed she was but didn't share her name. Her shirt was covered in badges, like a walking billboard, and her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked about Jennifer, she said, "She's been gone a long time," with an obnoxious demeanor. I pointed out the poor quality of the lettuce and cabbage, and her response was, "That's what's delivered, so that's what we put out." As a former Food & Beverage Director for 5-star resorts in San Diego and Las Vegas, I was stunned by this excuse. I reminded her that the produce section never looked this bad under Jennifer's leadership, to which she replied, "Oh, it wasn't good when she was here." And that was verbatim, Lynette. If she tells you otherwise, she's not being truthful. That comment was shameful and uncalled for. A complete disrespect for the former GM. And I'm sure you wouldn't approve of the response. When I pressed about the cabbage, a produce associate (name unknown) claimed there was more in the back, "on a pallet." She said she was working alone and needed the manager's help to unload it. Another excuse. They eventually brought out individual cabbages holding them in their hands to restock the shelf, but the entire interaction screamed mediocrity. Frustrated, I left but ran into Joe, who remains professional, attentive, and kind. He informed me of you as the new GM and promised to pass along my concerns. I'm also grateful Janelle is still there--she's been a lifesaver with things like flower arrangements and overall brilliance in customer service. Believe me...Janelle gets it! The two employees in produce, including the manager, lacked basic interpersonal skills critical for customer-facing roles. They clearly have no concept of customer retention. This store has declined significantly, and I'm reconsidering my weekly visits and pickup orders. Please address these issues and restore the professionalism this location once had. My name is Doug. Janelle will remember my wife and I based on our past interactions.
