I went to buy several giftcards and they self check out asked me to go to customer service desk as they grab them from the back to make sure they are not tampered with and I appreciate that BUT when I went to the service desk the blonde old lady was very argumentative and said to just use the ones out there. I explained what why they sent me there and she rolled her eyes and said the ones out there arw fine. When buying 600.00 in cards she should have just got new ones like I was told by other employees. I left and went to smiths and will continue to shop there. I'd rather pay more and be treated like a human.

Waited with my 2 year and autistic son for 1 hour in the store, then I was advised 24 hours. Went back the next (Sunday) and was advised by Monday. I was getting this money order to pay an eviction and I explained this. I requested for finance to be contacted on each occassion since every manager said they didn't have access to the system or it was too early to call. After there was no refund by end of business Monday I called finance for Albertsons myself to discover that not only do they open as early as 4AM Mountain time and I'm on PST, but the funds were never returned to me from the store. The instore finace person was contacted and notified and she had an attitude as if it were her being inconvenienced by the phone call. I was provided a grace period of 2 business days to work this out before being evicted and tomorrow is the last day. I was failed in customer service all the way around and I'm still waiting for my money. Just like I called finance without access to the system, management could have called too. I was at the store at 6AM this morning for a resolution and was turned away, told to come back again thr next day. It may take some time but after all the documentation that adds up, this is definitely becoming a legal matter. No one should have to go through this. All I needed was the money order for the $1500 they kept or a cash refund to get a money order elsewhere. No way to treat a customer.
