  I have had to cancel three pick up orders within the last couple of months due to my orders never being shopped. No communication about the delay and no answer when I call the department.

  You people should be ashamed of yourselves, my high functioning, artistic little sister went in tonight to get her groceries trying to be self-sufficient and went through a disaster of having a continue to ring up her groceries over and over because she has a budget. The guy that was standing there made her feel like crap shame on you. I don’t even know who you are, but you should be ashamed of yourselves how you treat people especially somebody that’s that sensitive. She is mentally disabled! She left her groceries after paying for them!! Over a 1.98!! She panicked and said keep them! Is that how you want our neighbors to feel shopping at your store?? We won’t be back!! You’re lucky she walked there because if I was there it would be different! You are in INSPARADA . I hope they fire you man!

  The bagels from the bakery have changed, and unfortunately the new ones are really disappointing. They’re tough and chewy, almost like trying to bite through rubber. I’ve heard the previous brand or recipe may no longer be ordered, which is frustrating because many of us really liked the old ones. Please don’t prioritize saving a few pennies over what your customers enjoy. Several of our friends have mentioned the same issue. We would truly love to see the original bagels come back. Thank you in advance.

  Like coming to this Albertsons. Accessible and nearby. I come here for smaller grocery items or last minute ingredients.

I have spent so much time and energy going back and forth with Albertsons through texts and emails. Completely unacceptable. Don’t shop here. If I could have given zero stars on my rating, I would have.* Almost 2 weeks ago I placed an order for delivery. I received my order 30 minutes after my delivery window and approximately half of the items were missing. The items that were missing, turned out to be all of the refrigerated items, including meat and dairy and deli items. The approximate cost of those items that were missing was $65. Several of the items that I did receive, were incorrect. I have been back-and-forth with the store and have still not received my $65 refund. I don’t know what to do at this point. Am I just out $65? I know I won’t be shopping at Albertsons anymore and I suggest you also don’t order delivery from Albertsons. I just can’t give them any more of my money. Horrible customer service.
