  25 min waiting in the drive thru to end up backing up and leaving. I called and was told they are short staff. Managers really need to get it together because this is very unacceptable for a fast food Overpriced restaurant. It’s not so fast anymore. Canes was my next choice and thankfully they were really quick. Goodbye Pollo Loco.!

  I had an order for a handicapped lady who could barely walk. The first driver stole the order and that lady was waiting for a very very long time. The employee ERICO helped work out this issue and the customer was super grateful .outstanding service like this is rare 👏🏽👏🏽

  Employees lack customer service. Rude and unprofessional inside and drive-thru. I told the drive-thru chick she needed to learn customer service skills.
