  Please update your hours online. It says you open at 4, I drove to the location and it wasn’t open until 5.

  I have come here multiple times. I order the same thing everyday for my mom and it seems like I get a different drink everyday! I’m always polite and this plump lady with a bun always gives me so much attitude! I always offer to give the coffee back as I’m not trying to get something free. She always gives me attitude and I always try being patient but enough is enough! I ordered the peach and mango refresher today but they got the order wrong and gave me just peach. Which is fine! I was going to drink it anyways but when I tried it, it tasted like a Lacroix instead of a refresher! It had no syrup and I’ve had it at other locations before so I know it wasn’t made right. The girl who took my order is always so sweet and amazing. I always make sure to tip and I love Dunkin. But why sucks is the inconsistency of these drinks! I’m a paying customer. I don’t ask for special things, just regular items that are on the menu!!! The manager is always stern but I like her! It’s just the plump lady with a ponytail that gives me these issues. I usually don’t write bad reviews but the bad service is so consistent that I don’t want to keep coming here!!!

  You cannot tell me that the people on here rating this place 5 stars are not friends/family of whoever owns this place. The service is the absolute worst! They don’t greet you. They want you to use the kiosk to check out but not everything is listed on there yet when you ask them to take your order they have an attitude. They don’t thank you for your service. Then when you give the same attitude they give you they are some how offended. Sure, it’s just a donut shop but at the end of the day they work in customer service. You want people to support your business get the right people to represent you!

  The coffee has little to no taste. Even when I order very little cream. The coffee to grounds mixture is terrible. I feel like I’m drinking watered down cream.

  If I could leave a zero for service I would. The female manager here is so incredibly rude. She CANNOT be wrong. Right around Christmas we came the drivethru and they messed up our order and gave us the wrong food which was clearly stated on the receipt. She was not happy and when my husband went in to get the missing food he let her know that an item was missing and she handed him the food and said “nope it’s in the bag” and ran back behind the counter. They were NOT in the bag but we didn’t have time to argue. Fast forward to today when my son ran inside just to get a fork. She handed my young son the fork and said “just to tell you there is a fork at the very bottom of the bag” well ma’am unless there is a false bottom or a magic portal to a different bottom of the bag no there isn’t. Again she cannot be wrong. She is rude and she does not care.
