  I come to this location every Saturday on my way to work and on Sunday mornings with my wife.This is the third time that the lady working the drive through was frustrated over a communication error over an order. My past experience with her was asking for a breakfast sandwich that took an extended amount of time to get. Her response was RUDE again. I do not know her name and do not care too. However, I will not be back. I will drive to another location for better service. This is the first time in my life to ever write a complaint and probably my last. This is not me, but this was rediculous.

  Poor girl was going to get a $4 tip but they refuse to take cash. You are hurting your employees ability to make extra money by being cashless. Not coming here again, there are other donut places that will take my legal tender. I also urged the sweet girl to find another place to work.

  This is the 3rd time I’ve come here and gotten literally half frozen, COLD donuts. They’ve messed up my drink order the past 3 times, the snacking bacon is served cold, and the donuts are freezing cold. And then the female manager with the black hair gaslit me and said the donuts are baked fresh. Which is a flat out obvious lie. Every employee here is rude, unbothered and lazy. I’ll literally never come here again. Krispy Kreme serves HOT fresh donuts and they’re POLITE

  My first time at Dunkin Donuts. I know. Hard to believe. Never lived near one however, we went to Dunkin Donuts as my husband gets monthly credits now for Dunkin so we decided to use the credits after stacking them for a few months. We used the kiosk to order. It was simple and quick. The bacon/egg taco/sandwich was good. The donuts looked great but I'm trying my very best to stay away from too many sweets. I was tempted though. Great food. Nice folks. I will be back.

  Extremely disappointing experience at Dunkin’ at this location. February 20, 2026, at approximately 5:46 a.m. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unacceptable. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy from the staff. I placed my order at the self-checkout for three dozen donuts and one medium Iced Matcha Latte with less ice. Despite being inside the store, I waited more than 10 minutes while drive-thru customers were clearly prioritized and served quickly. I am a paying customer as well, and it was obvious that in-store customers were not being treated with the same importance. When I finally received my drink, it was nearly half-filled with excessive ice, despite my specific request for less ice. I politely asked a staff member to remake it, and instead of preparing a new drink, she simply poured it into another cup. That was unacceptable. I then asked another employee to properly remake it, and her response was, “Even if I remake your drink, it’s not going to be filled all the way up because you asked for easy ice.” This response was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. That is not how customers should be spoken to. Additionally, I requested a bag to carry the three large donut boxes. Not one employee offered assistance, even though it was clear I was struggling to fit the boxes into the bag. Basic customer service would include offering help in a situation like that. The situation became even worse when I asked for a reprint of my receipt. The employee (who refused to provide her name) rolled her eyes at me and demanded an order number in order to reprint it. I had to walk back to my car to retrieve the printed sticker receipt that was attached to one of the donut boxes just so she could process the request. When I asked again for her name, she refused and said, “I’m not giving you my name.” That level of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service environment. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and complete disregard for customer care. This experience was beyond frustrating. It reflects very poorly on this location, and based on this treatment, I will not return to this store and will not recommend it to anyone.
