- NINestor IMar 28, 20261.0We came to pick up our order and the doors were locked. They had a note on the door saying to knock, locked to safety concerns, however, no matter how much we knocked we were very clearly ignored. There were a couple other people at the doors also waiting to pick up their orders and no one was coming to the door or answering the phones. It was a very disappointing, unprofessional and downright unpleasant.

I ask the lady behind the counter ,pointed to the screen and gave her my name and she replies without even checking " it's not ready" "again she say "Believe me it's not ready "and chuckles. So I wait and watch 8 workers who were so unorganized no one knew what there job was they were just everywhere,they kept opening pizza boxes (making everyone pizza cold(checking what was what no system at all. So I wait another 6 minutes and im aggravated because it says my pizza is still ready. I ask again for someone to check the pizzas that are under heat lamp and of course my pizza had been sitting there the whole time I had been waiting . Pizza dried out and they poured way to much sauce on my husband's pizza. Just a lousy experience im done with them.

The website for placing orders is horrendous so much so I will not order any more as I have wasted so much time and gotten so frustrated with the site it does my blood pressure no good at all. We have waited excessively long time for both collection and delivery only to not receive what we ordered and to gave terrible pizza. Never again regardless of how good their deals may be.
