  I don’t usually leave negative reviews but was a bit surprised here by the deceptive “upsell” tactics. First we were told about the game+food deal but we were told that the first two (lower priced) deals weren’t even worth doing because most of the games cost 10 credits per person. That ended up not being true as most games we played were between 3.5-4.0 credits each. Then for each meal they would ask things like “would you like garlic bread with it” or “would you like ranch?” without telling us it cost more. The way the question was asked sounded like it was part of ordering the meal itself, not an up charge. So pretty much every meal I ordered for my party had an additional charge to it. The food itself was very mediocre which should probably be expected by a place that is essentially the adult version of Chuck E. Cheese. We did have fun playing the group arcade games. I’d go again in the future but would probably skip the food and just do the arcade with my family.

  Took my kids here and they had a blast. We stopped and ate at the restaurant there and had an absolutely amazing server named Shanice. She's the rare type of server who can read a tables needs before they vocalize it, and is genuine when she speaks and is focused when she's working. Never once did we need to ask for anything, she thought ahead and brought literally every single thing I needed without me ever asking. I've worked in the serving industry for over a decade and she blew my socks off with how kind and on top of everything she was. Thank you again Shanice!

  My Name is Darrell C on March 20 2026 it was my son birthday he turned 10 year old and I ask my friends where would be a good place for my son to enjoy his birthday and they mentioned Dave &Busters they said that he would enjoy him self and that is a place where there are alot of games that he can have fun and as we got there we walk in and my son and I was amazed by your business he was like so amused by all the games that you had..anyway way as an hour pass we decided to have some to eat and we saw the booth where we can sit and have lunch and our waitress her name shanice she came and welcomed us and asked if we wanted to have something to drink so I had a beer and my son had 7up soda and ask she went and got our drink and came back and asked if we were ready to order and we did and shanice was very professional on doing her job great personality very efficient on time didn't have to wait at all for our food and she took the time to wish my son a happy birthday..I been to a lot of restaurants and I wish that they had a customer service "foodserver " like shanice she is a great person too have as an employee great job 😀

  I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Shanice. From the moment we sat down, she brought such a positive and welcoming energy to the table. Her smile is genuine, and you can tell she actually enjoys taking care of people—not just going through the motions. What really stood out was her heartfelt service. She checked in at the right times, made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing, and handled everything smoothly even when it got busy. That kind of attentiveness is hard to come by these days. If you get the chance, ask for Shanice—you won’t be disappointed. She’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back.

  Went out for lunch with the kids and we have visited Dave and busters many times however today was the first time I could honestly say the service was above and beyond. Our server I believe was Shanice/shantel (forgot the spelling) but she was absolutely amazing and just so lovely!! She was just so attentive, kind, friendly, and really paid attention to everyone’s needs (especially with picky eaters) her service and attitude really made a difference in the whole atmosphere and experience. We will definitely be back and request to be seated with her!!! Food was fresh and hot, even when waiting a bit she came by and checked on us. Helped with loading cards for kids. And just made it all so easy n smooth.
