  I came in the service was god awful. Lady was giving me sas when I was asking a question. Food was good at least. Not coming in when that lady is working

  I drive uber and often stop into this Dairy queen for two burgers and a bathroom break. I am 60 years old with prostate issues and the very rude young lady wouldn't let me use the bathroom before I ordered? WTH is that about? This is Henderson not the hood! So why in the world would you not let me use the bathroom first. This is a huge problem with this generation. They are so entitled and I will never go back into that Dairy Queen again. Young lady customer service is a big part of your job! I have owned three sports bars in my life and I would never ever let employees treat my customers like this. Simply put pathetic to treated anyone like this.

  Just had the most hilarious interaction with the person who delivered my order to the Mobile spot 1. It was the Filipino worker with the glasses. They gave me a little quiz about my order and told me I won my Blizzards 😂😂😂. I wished I asked for their name. But whoever it was: never change! Service was amazing! The meals are expensive but not the fault of the workers. I come for the blizzards and will be returning because of my interaction!

  The staff is extremely rude ...the manager/shift leader with a beard is beyond rude !!! An elderly man asks for help and is treated rudely yelled at and humiliated ...if a customer has 4 frosty treats and asked for a carrier or something they shouldny be thrown a bag ice doesn't belong in a bag let alone 3 to 4 of them ..then when a a king to refund the order was forced and repeadly threatened no refund..a customer is allowed a refund if they don't want the product or have an issue with the product..the refund policy should be implemented instead of being forced to carry bags and sit with drinks on lap while driving ....totally unbelievable the rudeness and adastisty ...I will never ever visit this establishment again and will ensure my experience is shared with family friends and associates....while the weather exceeds 100° the staff and especially mgr/shift leader should exhibit better training protocol to handle requests from elderly patrons ....

  Good afternoon, we were just trying to enjoy the free cone day at dairy queen, when the employee Mikey N and Sandy were completely rude to us. We were attempting to ask for our dip on the side, which we knew would be an extra charge, Mikey N gave us complete attitude over the simplest task. He then cussed saying that "He couldn't do shit" about it and I suggested they should specify for next year and then he and the manager yelled at us that it was going to be the same next year. This is not just about Cone Day, they have been rude every time we came to this store. This behavior is unacceptable when they're supposed to be doing their jobs. Both were cussing around kids, and refusing to do what we ordered. Everytime I come to this location I know I'm going to be treated poorly by Sandy and Mikey N, and this has made me come less to the establishment. Cone day is supposed to donate for a cause, not to be treated like you don't belong, and this behavior makes people not come since they're getting disrespected every single time. We understand that Cone day is very stressful but both of them are always rude and as managers they should be able to handle what they're hired for. Thank you
