  I work in the shopping center and decided to get lunch here. The girl working behind the counter didn't even try to fold my burrito. Like what am I supposed to with an unrolled burrito?? I have to go back to work

  Dont ever order delivery , will always send half empty cold plate. 3rd time I try and very upsetting cold bad food. Horrible portion , why would u even send this. Ordered at 5 pm march 25

  Came to this chipotle on my lunch break I only have 30 minutes it was busy about 10 people in line but to wait half my lunch break in line for me to get to the front of the line and you don’t have white rice?!?!?!? The most basic ingredient to all of which you make and you have none at all smh

  I went to this location for the first time when they were offering the tattoo BOGO. The staff was great, super friendly and efficient. So many people showed up, and they handled it amazingly. Can't wait to go back.

  05/15/26 5:20 PM Worst location! The kitchen, counter area, and dining area were all very dirty. The entire place looked poorly maintained and unclean. The crew members were also very rude. I waited almost 30 minutes just to pick up an order, and nobody bothered to give any update about what was happening. I asked several times, but they simply responded rudely and told me to wait without even explaining how long it would take. It was very frustrating because the staff seemed more focused on their appearance than providing basic customer service. The experience felt unprofessional and the restaurant itself looked gross. Very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back to this location again.
