- GGgloria3 days ago2.0Very disappointed. The guacamole was served as a huge, unmashed chunk and looked sloppy and unappetizing. On top of that, the employee was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Definitely needs improvement in both food quality and customer service

It’s weekend and they are not even busy, but I can see less staff or staff that started preparing my order after I walked in and waited. Tables and chairs are dirty. I’m not sure how chipotle is still in business after so many bad reviews.

And in the end, I was told via bot "no store employee is available to take your call". How? I was never connected to the store to find out. Also, the portions for the price is a rip off. With all the money they're losing, you'd think they do their best with the customers who still are spending money there. Go to cafe Rio instead.
