  Do I'm very disappointed because I went for lunch during the busiest time there was a long line but they moved it along pretty fast. When I got to the front there was a guy who grabbed the food from the window and what's the end of the driveway for me to go and get the food. I asked if I can get a couple Chick-fil-A sauce he said they're in the bag I'm barely requesting them so he wouldn't grab them for me. I looked at my receipt everything was correct on my receipt but because the parking lot and everything was so busy and then rushing us out I went home. When I got home I found out my Mac and cheese was not in the bag. I feel they should be checking the bags and what they're giving people a little bit better instead of just rushing people out because this is not the first time this is the third time that they've gotten my order wrong. Now I have to waste my time and my gas to go all the way back. I tried to call multiple times like over eight times and they don't answer probably cuz it's a busy time and now the phone just hangs up. I suggest anybody going to this location check their bag and check their food regardless if it's busy pull over so you save yourself a trip.

  Ordered on the app to pick up in the drive-thru. Order the jalapeno ranch club and when I got home there was no jalapeno ranch. Sort of takes away from the sandwich. Seemed rushed to get through the drive thru as well.

  DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE. i have gone to this location many times & i always get the grilled chicken club with a gluten free bun. & every time they have let me down. they’ve forgotten bacon, cheese, etc. & i’ve been understanding since i’ve been in fast food & put the things that are missing on at home, but if im paying for a meal to go out, i dont want to have to use the things at home to make up for it. last night was my last straw with this location, i got the same thing with a GF bun, but then they put it on a regular bun with the ticket on the box saying GF. i guess we don’t read or take things pre cautiously. so i drive all the way back for a new one because i can’t eat it. & they ask me “so is all that is missing is the gluten free bun?’’ & i said “i need it remade because its on a regular bun” & i guess when i said that, it clicked for them. but then when they remade it, THEY FORGOT MY BACON. i get 1 mistake, but 2 ? after i just came back. common. i’m done going to this location. probably the worst one ive been to in Vegas.

  If i could give a 0 star I would. I went here to get a sandwich and fruit parfait. I now wish I would've looked at the food better because after a couple bites into the parfait I saw a ball of hair on my spoon. When I turned my light on I could see a long balled up strand of hair and short pieces of hair still in the parfait. Keep in mind my hair is red, this hair is jet black.... never wanted to throw up more and never felt so unsafe especially as I am pregnant right now. This is so not okay

  Wife goes in the store and is served cold food. The store gave my wife, a cold sandwich, which was supposed to be a hot Chick-fil-A sandwich. My wife, which is a very soft-spoken woman and not confrontation at all, notified the person that gave her the sandwich that it was cold and was told there’s nothing they could do about it. He notified another team member. It was told the same thing my wife asked to speak to a manager and the manager, a blonde lady stated the same exact statement that there’s nothing they can do about it very surprised never had this experience at Chick-fil-A ever ever? My daughter worked at Chick-fil-A extremely familiar with the Customer Service and the centers they have there definitely fills ripped off when you can take an advantage of a simple changing of the sandwich would’ve been more than sufficed and would have been the simple solution. We were simply looking for a replacement of the cold sandwich didn’t want money back didn’t want any additional compensation. I also called the store just to see if the owner Dan was in they told me he was not in and simply hung up.
