  I had an amazing first experience at Carrabba’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic. Our bartender, Ashley, made sure we knew all about the delicious food and happy hour specials—she was so attentive and helpful. The manager, Antonio, truly made us feel right at home with his warm and welcoming energy. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and serves absolutely delicious food, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This was my first time going to Carrabba’s JENNA was so wonderful server. She is great she was amazing when it came to me asking her questions about the food and gave me some great tips on what to get. Let tell you how amazing the food is overall I had a great experience and I will return

  I order from this location via DoorDash regularly and the Rigatoni Al Forno is great, however, it’s always a bit dry as they can be stingy with the sauce (and they did not provide an option to add extra via the app). I called today to ask for a little extra sauce in my pasta (at most restaurants this is never a big deal). The person who answered, Carlos, answers with a rude, annoyed tone and proceeds to tell me that they charge extra for sauce and that since it’s via DoorDash it’s nothing he can do. I asked if he could just charge me via DoorDash or add a little extra sauce? He said no then awkwardly sat on the other end of the phone line not offering any sort of solution. 1.) There should be an option on DoorDash to add extra sauce if that’s something the restaurant charges for. 2.) The restaurant has the option to adjust the order total manually for instances like this. 3.) Carlos needs to be schooled in customer service because there is a polite way to speak to paying customers.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience. A special shoutout goes to our server, Edgar. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and making sure our evening was seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for Italian cuisine with top-notch service, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

  I ordered online a full hour and 15 minutes in advance. Had to wait 10 - 15 minutes with only 8 customers in the restaurant. I ordered chicken parm and pasta. No pasta was in the bag but mashed potatoes when I got home. I had a gift card someone gave me which is the only reason I ordered from there. No intention of going again.
