- ABA BFeb 4, 20261.0Takeout service is very slow, do not recommend. And it’s clear evening MOD, Nicole, does not care about guest satisfaction either. Waited over 30 minutes to pick up my wings order ~6p today. Was initially told 6 minutes when I arrived on time during the pick up window time. An employee 25 minutes later informed me it takes 18 minutes to make the wings fresh, and that they must be making them fresh. When I spoke with the manager, Nicole, to understand what possibly could’ve happened given the delay, her demeanor was more inconvenienced that I had asked to speak with the manager than to genuinely understand my concern. The brief interaction was enough to let me know that clearly management doesn’t care about taking care of their guests, I can only imagine what is happening in the kitchen.
